They were so helpful and friendly and even took their shoes off at the door, which I never asked them to do. Amazing service all round from foing in store ro make the purchase through to deliver. Bensons for Beds!😊
Generally a positive experience
Very helpful staff in store, good advice given, flexible method of payment, easy to chose a convenient delivery date and mattress delivered on time. Just disappointed that I couldn't collect the mattress from the store. It was a rolled mattress and easy to fit in a car. Not happy about having to pay a hefty delivery charge with no option to collect from store.
