Friendly and helpful
All the staff at this store are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have visited on several occasions, and at no point have I ever felt pressured into making a purchase. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and everyone is happy to offer advice without making you feel uncomfortable or under any obligation to buy.
I would highly recommend visiting this store, even if it is just for advice. It is refreshing to receive such excellent customer service in such a friendly, relaxed environment.
