I still haven't recieved my item but am being asked for a review. Here it is.

Quality service as ever, I always use them for my cycling equipment and I've never had a problem, a faulty product or a late delivery.

Prices are not expensive.Great experience.

Orderd on Thursday received it on Saturday. Plus shipping was free. Great to deal with.

Received the tires correctly and in a well packed package.

Price-match was fast and easy to use, but I was able to find the cheapest prices here with most products anyways. The free delivery was still surprisingly fast. Received everything within a week. Wide selection of brands and products. This is how all biking websites should be. Will definitely use again in the future.

I was looking for some Tektro R559 Long Reach Brakes with regular nut attachment for my old Raleigh Gran Sport bike. Ben's had them for a great price plus a special free shipping deal. They arrived 3 days later - probably would have been quicker but USPS was slow to get them out to my building, not Ben's fault. I had ordered some MKS pedals several years ago and again, a great deal and quick arrival. Kudos.

Fast and easy purchasing, communicative and fairly priced.

Purchased MKS steel deep half toe clips with leather. Price was at least $10 cheaper than anywhere else on the internet. Site was easy to navigate and shipping was fast and free. Product is high quality, exactly what I wanted for my bike.

I have been asked to give a review on my recent purchase which I will gladly do . I recently purchased a complete set ( .7 mm , 1.8 mm , and 2.5 mm ) of Shimano Hollowtech II spacers for a build I was doing . I have a Shimano Zee Crankset , and I had misplaced the ones that came with the cranks .
Ben's is one of the few stores that offers the spaces , and I found them to have them at the lowest price . I feel that offering a spacer for four to five dollars is a bit much , Ben's offered them for far less .
I also ordered Park Tools ' Hollowtech II tool BB - 9 , and once again Ben's had one of the lowest prices for the tool . You simply cannot do the job properly without it . It fits the bearing cups well , and having the installation tool for the non drive side cap on the other end of the tool is a big plus . No searching for it , it's right there .
I ordered through Paypal , and my order was shipped promptly . It was packaged well , and arrived without damage . The shipping charges were reasonable .
Overall I am happy with my purchase from Ben's , and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal at a great price . I hope that this review helps anyone contemplating a purchase from Ben's Cycle .
