As a first time buyer I had a very nice time working with Harry Stratford. Throughout the process, he has been extremely approachable on emails/whatsapp. He has been very proactive by giving me updates on availability and approaching my solicitor whenever I had concerns related to for examples applicable taxes, furnishings etc. He definitely went the extra mile by connecting me to other buyers in the same project which was the final assurance i needed before making the purchase.
