Snagging list as long as your arm
Bennett homes have the potential to be a good company as the homes have been we'll thought out, but the attention to detail is just not there (or maybe they simply just don't care!?). How they can say they have award winning aftercare is quite simply beyond me. After a year we receive a letter stating they are not willing to rectify some of the faults reported at the time of handover. It seems Bennetts pay the contractors to carry out the work and just don't have the resource check its been completed properly. Very disappointed and I would not recommend Bennett Homes.

I have to say that we have been really pleased with our new home and Bennett's have always impressed us. The build quality is second to none and their response to any issues has been prompt. The staff have all been friendly and efficient too.

Well deserved, excellent reputation.
We've been in our new home for 3 months now. A few small snags which were dealt with promptly. Both office and site staff have been extremely helpful and very easy to talk to. Always phone back when they promise.
We bought off plan and they lent us a house to live in whilst ours was being built. We had a lot of input into the interior decoration, which is of a high standard with good quality fittings. We had regular viewings of our new house throughout the build process and we only had to ask if when we wanted one outside of the normal schedule visits.
Reading some of the reviews it sounds like a completely different company they are talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. All the people I have spoken to on the estate speak very highly of them.

I agree with Mr Black, rubbish house, floors that are so noisy, (not glued properly), so many snags to sort out!! Would never buy another, had a Bovis home before, thought that was bad enough but this is even worse. Staff are rude and lack that personal touch, once they have your money your on your own. Never again!!!
