Inderdaad wat andere slachtoffers ook hebben geschreven: Je besteld voor 29€ producten en er gaat 137€ van je rekening. Veel miserie en administratie om je geld terug te krijgen + kosten van blokkeren en een nieuwe Visa-kaart! Na een week gebruik heb ik het product weggegooid, wegens onaangename geur!

Già precedentemente avevo scritto una recensione molto negativa in quanto non avevo ricevuto le creme....MIRACOLO LE CREME SONO ARRIVATE OGGI......credo fosse un problema di tasse doganali....non so a questo punto se sia il caso di acquistarle......troppe complicazioni

ho acquistato i prodotti bellavei. ma invece di 29,99 sulla mia carta sn stati presi 137.77. e' GIà QS è UNA FREGATURA. Cmq ho passato il tutto all uff.legale della mia carta.ora mi faranno sapere. i prodotti sn arrivati senza una fattura o simile altra fregatura. li sto usando da qualche giorno ma niente di che . cmq vi farò sapere.

The company had charged a fixed amount of 9,99 dollars to my credit card without my authorization. The products I have purchased never arrived and additionally to its costs I needed to pay for international freight. I lost time, money and I get a big frustration on this company and the products itself. A complete disaster

Non pagate e non fatevi fregare.....i prodotti non arriveranno mai.....parola di una perona molto onesta che si fida troppo......vergognatevi

il 13/10/2016 acquisto online la confezione con 4 prodotti a 29,90 €, provo il pagamento in tutti i modi con la carta virtuale con il risultato che non veniva accettata. Riprovo con la carta Visa e il pagamento viene immediatamente accettato con la "SORPRESA" non € 29,90 ma bensì con € 137,77. Immediatamente scrivo mail credendo in un errore, risposta:
" I nostri dati indicano che avete ordinato:BellaVei Pack - 4 Bottiglie per 137.77€.
Il tuo ordine è stato ricevuto ed elaborato. Si prega di consentire 14-21 giorni o 4 settimane per i tuoi prodotti per arrivare."
Dopo diversi solleciti, ad oggi 28/11/2016 non abbiamo ricevuto nulla.
A Voi le conclusioni.

Har i midten af juli md 2016 bestilt et produkt på Bellavie. Pris 222.00 kr En uge efter hæves 1035.- kr på min konto. Og nej jeg havde kun bestilt det ene produkt til ovenstående pris. Jeg havde intet modtaget !!
Jeg henvender mig skriftlig til Bellavei, men de kan ikke se nogen fejl,
åbenbart. Det eneste jeg kan gøre er, at sende produktet retur.
Det gør jeg så, uden at have set indholdet af pakken og meddeler
det til Bellavei. Ja, men du skal lige sende tracking nr. Ups, hvor svært kan det være, det har de jo selv. Lidt korrespondance frem og tilbage,
hvor jeg yderlig får at vide, at jeg skal betale 15 % af beløbet ( det vil sige
af de 1035.- kr ) til dem for besværet ?? D.v.s for en vare jeg ikke har fået
og ikke bestilt.
For en, åbenbart forkert vare, ihvertfald til en ganske anden pris end det jeg havde bestilt. Har endnu ikke fået nogle penge retur, så jeg venter spændt. Vær opmærksom på dette firma. Service - - -. Ingen forklaring Intet positiv fra mig, tværtimod

Ho acquistato direttamente dal sito questi prodotti al costo di 29,90€ ma mi sono stati addebitati ben 137€ ho mandato una mail per cercare di essere rimborsata e mi hanno risposto dicendomi, " la ricontatteremo noi entro 48 h" il che non è mai avvenuto. Adesso sono ancora in attesa di una loro chiamata e dell'arrivo di questi prodotti che , secondo me, non arriveranno mai. Quindi non acquistate!!!!!

This company is a HOAX!!! The company does not exist and is blacklisted in many countries as it also does not withstand formal test as security etc, unfotunately too many people have already sent money, the trick is always the same: you think you get 4 or more products for the price of ONE, it is not clearly mentioned you have ordered 4 products and you'll get your surprise when you look at your credit card statement, you+ll be charged FOUR times the price!!! You'll have the trouble of canceling your credit card and asking to get your money back as you've been layed, as in many cases the company keeps on steeling money from your account, the credit card company told me they cannot stop them - which I cannot understand- and so the stealing continues and this crooked company keeps on making big money as they seem to have found a new business model...please warn everyone you know!
