Bought a bass cab online. Very happy with my purchase. The only thing I could say that would have improved the experience would have been better communication about the delay of transferring my item from your warehouse to your store before shipping which I only found out after I called the store days after my purchase to see why my order hadn't been shipped yet.

I bought a pair of Shure broadcast headsets. It turned up just fine with no cable and a big sticker on the box saying no cable included now I'm up for another like 50 to 60 dollars or more to buy cable and then I have to take it and get someone to attach the ends to it. Nowhere on the website add where I purchased it did it say there was no cable included and this pictures with the cable attached so I'm not happy Jan

I'd been shopping around for a Teenage Engineering TP-7 for a while and Belfield came in at the best price I could find online — noticeably cheaper than the bigger retailers, which I wasn't expecting for a product like this.

What really impressed me was the shipping. The order went out almost straight away and arrived far quicker than the estimate suggested. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, exactly as listed.

I’m really happy to have bought my first PJ‑style bass from this store. The delivery service is great, and the bass itself is excellent. I believe it should have been brand‑new and factory‑sealed. However, one small thing puzzled me: there was quite a lot of dust on the surface of the bass when I opened the package. I spent quite a long time cleaning it before I could play. Everything else is absolutely perfect.
