Bought a keyboard off these guys. Prompt delivery, had good notifications. Product came quickly, and got a very welcome upgrade in software (came as part of a store-bundle with Arturia.
Took a couple of days before purchasing and sent, but not a worry at all.

Will never buy from this company again.
I called to confirm that the item I bought was a new and sealed package. Belfield assured me it was new and once it arrived I discovered that all the staples that should have secured the box were dislodged. The internal packaging was tattered and the item was poorly packed and it had marks on it. Since discovered it is defective and was most likely a customer return. The item was NOT new as they had promised. I am very disappointed and I will never buy from this company again. Would give negative-stars if I could. Not to be trusted.
