Charged me for a premium subscription even though I cancelled my subscription and no longer had access to plus features, they still charged me and are refusing to reimburse me. Won’t be using again, scammers

The software only makes minimal changes compared to the free versions of the software that are out there. I had the subscription for 5 minutes, and realized it wasn't going to change the photo as described, so I tried to cancel. $10 lesson on my part. My suggestion, use the free versions.

After last update the program is not working. When I contacted customer service, they see no fault of their own, they are not even trying to help and of course will not refund my subscription. Avoid

If I could leave less than one star I would. This company and their 'support' is horrific. DO NOT USE!! Their website should come with a warning. An absolute joke. I will be reporting them for taking my money. Frances, from 'support' is especially useless.
The people who work for this company should be ashamed of themselves when there is a recruitment crisis. Why choose to so dishonest and disgraceful? STAY AWAY!!!

BeFunky refund policy, which is VERY IMPORTANT to read, is written so any person who purchases their photo editing product, will NOT receive a refund. I purchased their product in August 2022 and cancelled in September 2022, due to the amount of time it took to receive answers to my questions. At the time of cancellation, I thought I would receive at the very least a pro-rated refund. And the Information I received back, was Yes, it was cancelled, and I could use the product until August 2023, no mention of a refund was addressed. When I requested help regarding why I did not receive a refund, I was met with indifference, along with the following information, the only way that this company would consider a refund, is that it would have to be and exceptional reason, because they do not give refunds!. WARNING ONCE YOU PAY FOR THEIR “PHOTO EDITING PRODUCT” AND REQUEST A REFUND BE IT ONE HOUR OR 12 MONTHS, YOU WILL NOT BE RECEIVING A REFUND. ONCE YOU PAID YOU MONEY IS BASICALLY GONE! FAIR WARNING!!!!!!!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, AFTER YOU REVIEW THEIR REFUND POLICY YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHY!!!!!!

I have been charged on my card to these who I have not been subscribed to for years, did NOT resubscribe, upgrade or authorise any payment. I have had no correspondence for years and there has been no activity since 2018… I have asked for a refund as it was NOT authorised and is fraud!

This product is so good . I can’t stress enough how simple it is to use and how much time and money it has saved me at work for creating images for the website . Superb superb superb and amazing value for money

The best photo editing site among all the similar apps. Easy to use, cheap and have many different cool effects. I personally sold tons of designs using this app. I still use this site and will be using always. Thank you!

This app is buggy as hell.

Spent hours editing photos for my print on demand business and the work didn't save.

Hundreds of orders backed up that day causing complaints and all nighters to catch up.

Amazing web application! Much better than lame Canva. When you export your design work with befunky, you can actually have high resolution exports.
