After looking into this and the dates of this order I can see there were No Free Gifts on Offer.
We can only offer free gift with purchase when we have the products available. No offer was available at the time of this purchase. Who did you speak too over the telephone?
We do offer great offers when we can but cannot continually run offers.
The best way see offers from us first would be to sign up to our newsletter as all offers are shown to subscribers first then on social media.
I hate seeing a low star rating like this and would like to instigate further. Please respond to our messages relating to this as myself and my colleagues try our very best day in to keep all our customers happy by offering the best prices and service.

First time using Beauty Cow

First time using Beauty Cow. I chose them due to their low prices on Dermologica products.
Will absolutely use them again. Ordered Monday, product received Wednesday.
Thoroughly impressed! And they even put in three little Dermologica sample sachets.

I have not yet received the product and…

I have not yet received the product and the tracking only tells me that it has been dispatched.
Beauty Cow have made a very prompt and professional response to my problem. I still don’t have the product which I believe is a fault at Royal Mail but representatives at Beauty cow have given me various options which they have promised to follow up if necessary. They have also compensated me for the inconvenience. I will ammend my review again once I have received and tested the product.

When I click the tracking it shows attempted delivery on the 31-01-2019 and the item is with your local royal mail depot.

I am a new customer

I am a new customer, have used them twice to order some Dermalogica products. Their prices are hard to beat but more importantly their service is excellent. You place your order, it arrives within a few days, job done. I've had some really bad experiences with other companies who take your money then take weeks to send you your order, or keep fobbing you off by telling you you will get it within a few days,only for it not to arrive. It's so nice to find a company you can rely on.

Absolutely brilliant service

Absolutely brilliant service that offers reputable products at really good prices. It is now my go-to site for all my Dermalogica products. The website is really easy to navigate; my order is delivered securely packaged and speedily. Added bonuses include that there is no charge for post and package and that you get lots of free samples of Dermalogica products - brilliant.
