I went to the burton on Trent branch and an was seen by older lady who was extremely rude and didnt actually do as I requested. I asked her not to shape my eyebrows as i was growing them out. She decided to do whatever she pleased and took off half of my brow on one side which has taken me a year to grow. She also broke hair left loads of hair that should have come off. Very very unprofessional unpleasant disgusting service. Avoid!

I placed an order on 21 March and should have received my order in 4-6 days no updates no parcel and email does not exist. No other way to make contact

I’ve been charged for item never received.

I was charged for a box that I haven’t received and I didn’t order …..still waiting for my refund??

It was my 1st time at Derby Beauty Box. It has been just over 27yrs since I had a pedicure and a manicure (That was at my pre-wedding treatment)
It was easy to make an appointment on the day I called.
On arrival, despite it looked busy, I was made to feel welcome and was introduced to Simran Kaur.
She made me feel relaxed and offered me a drink.
Wow, never did I imagine a pedicure and a manicure could help you forget about all the stresses of life.
Great value for money and I would definitely recommend Beauty Box.
In fact, I'm going to book another one in September to Celebrate my 28th Wedding Anniversary and my birthday too, and guess what, I'll be requesting Simran again. Thank you Beauty Box

Do not order from this company. They are definitely a scam. You will never receive your order. Please save your money for a more legit store and check reviews before placing an order. I only wish i had done this before.

The contains of the mystery box were very very poor. Eylure false lashes, body
Shop day cream Dr paw paw balm espa body lotion and a vuvina eye mask pack - all low priced products. I am editing to add the ESPA was unboxed, unsealed and did not have the small silver seal either. The body shop product, again is not sealed and on opening the jar I found it to be only half full. It clearly was not new and had been used by someone else prior to sending to me. Both products are now in the bin where they belong. I don't believe either product is new. Will never buy again from this company. Took a very long time to post around two full weeks. Considering contacting watch dog about this dreadful company.
Very poor quality. None of the products match even by brand the ones shown as an illustration. The illustration showed luxury products, not cheap ones. Absolutely poor value.

Turned up late spent £20 due to a 50% off voucher so would of been £40 and the stuff inside the box was definitely not worth that

Was super worried as I had ordered before checking reviews but honestly I’m so surprised at everyone’s bad experience my parcel arrived the very next day at the exact time specified, the box was amazing hundreds of products such a bargain a right good mix nothing damaged or broken amazing for kids especially teens really can’t fault this company enough and id definitely order again phoned the same day to check my order was received also as I was worried answered right away friendly customer service so really unsure why so many people have had negative experiences but for me I would really recommend this company.

Got exactly what I ordered with 3 working days and the products came in perfect condition, very happy! I was worried after reading the reviews that I had been scammed especially since the offer seemed way to good to be true (48 x eyebrow powder for £12.99) so I was absolutely delighted when the products arrived. It is my favourite eyebrow powder which has been discontinued and is selling on eBay for £3.99 for 3 - and I got 48 for £12.99! Can’t actually believe it wasn’t a scam! Maybe it’s a hit or a miss with this company going by the reviews but I certainly can’t fault them.

So today they are still advertising a particular beauty box with £140 worth of products for 4:95 if u subscribed
Well I got this supposed deal which I ordered about 10 days ago and 2 days ago I received a complete different set of items, none of what is still being advertised on 25:12:21
I received 4 free sample sizes and a full size piece of make up
I am appalled I have been fobbed off with items I could go in any dept store and pick up free myself and tbh I feel
Completely conned
Cancelled my subscription

So I got an email Xmas eve saying on 15th dec we have a new box but what I received isnt on yr website at all, the one I ordered is still there and was posted on yr insta yesterday, so the excuse I got isn’t flying with me

All I received was an empty box oh correction tons of packaging in it but no item. Disgraceful. Can’t even contact anyone I just get a robot. Useless. Never again

I never received my order (despite receiving a confirmation email when the order was placed) and never received a response to my many emails to them. I would highly recommend to shop elsewhere.

Same experience as others. I ordered products on 10 June and received an email confirming the order. My credit card was charged too. Today, 5 August - no sign of the goods and no response from multiple emails to customer services.

The beautybox website is now down so can only imagine this was a scam.

Wish I read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered tart concealer and i didn’t receive a confirmation email nor have I received the actual product 2 weeks later. Big scam don’t order!

AWFUL!!
I ordered a tarte shape tape concealer which I have used for years, saw it was slightly cheaper on this website so went for it. Got an email to say order went through and then nothing for 3 weeks!! I emailed them and asked for un update and nothing. It finally arrived 4 weeks later and was a FAKE. I compared it to the origional one I had and it was smaller, the componanent was different, and the smell of the concealer was awful, it was all greasy and no coverage at all and completely ruined my makeup and made my screen break out in a rash.

Only gave it one star so I could leave a review.didnt receive products and they had a cheek to take out another payment even though I demanded my subscription to be cancelled.how dare they.get in touch with your bank immediately.stay away from this site.
