The bear was very good,presented well with a ribbon etc,The only downside was it was delivered late in the evening & it was for a babies 1st Birthday.

I placed my order for two items. Within a couple of hours I received an email from Sales stating that one of the items was unavailable and would I like to choose a replacement and also an extra item as an apology. I emailed back selecting two other items. I received my order where each item was beautifully wrapped in cellophane with a coloured ribbon tying the top. I was very impressed by the service from this company.
