Terrible nothing fit. The clothes quality is not the same. Stopped buying since a while

Worse customer service ever. Had a package that was supposed to be delivered on a Friday it was not, I called Fed ex who told me if it was not delivered is lost so I called Bealls as advised and was told there was nothing they could do for 12 days.

Smart ass customer service representative who asked whata you want me to do. It’s customer policy. For years you’ve been able to have your online purchase sent to a store no charge. The reason why is bealls never has a complete supply available . They want 10 bucks to ship to their own store. Ripoff

Before place my order online,call customers service. I ask if a purchase ,on line ,where I return lady said to me any bells outlet . I when to bells outlet to return a pair shoes, customers service ,outlet to not accept any return, I live miame dade with no have bells store close. I consider that as false advertisement. When to ups to return price $15.00. I will never comeback to bells. And would not recommend bells,to anybody. So disappointed.

I went yesterday to the Bealls in Palatka Fl. what a joy to buy in the store Miss Rose Mary was the greater as soon as I arrived to the store, she was the best very professional, courteous, great customer service, offered the credit card and spoke very eloquent. The store the bathrooms very clean. I give her 20 STARS across the board. There should be more Rose's on each store. Att Zibah Reyes

I ordered a pair of size 4 Sketchers, they sent me a pair of Size 1 Champions.
Instead of immediately issuing a refund, I had to wait until they received my return - which is OPTIONAL when the business messes up, by the way.

Now that they've received it, they did not refund me original shipping!! This has been a month long process to get my money back, and I never did get the correct shoes. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE

NEVER order online. I’m in Texas, ordered an item, was the wrong color. I had to PAY shipping to return it. Not a good business practice and will NEVER shop there again

I was looking for shoes and apparel for my wife online and came across Bealls Florida online store. They are located in Fla. So I couldn't go into their stores, but their site was great! Easy to navigate. And the prices were really good. I even got a pair of shoes for myself I didn't need, because they were so inexpensive. Lol.
They give coupons and their customer service is really good too. I had to call for some info. They were very courteous and helpful. Placed order with no issue. They charge for shipping if you spend spend less than $100. But with shipping charge was still much less than other stores. Say goodbye to kohls, Macy's, and jcpenney!!! Bealls is our new first stop!

I ordered 8 pairs of underwear. It is being shipped in 6 different packages on 6 different days. This is a waste of packaging, delivery men, delivery trucks and not least gas to deliver so many times. My credit card keeps notifying me of duplicate charges as they keep charging me separately although total does add up to original amount. Poor

Bad. Their customer service with online orders is bad. Do not waste your time. They canceled my order and it took me an hour n half to correct it. Nobody in Customer Service Management seemed to care. I will not be doing anymore business with them

My wife and I have shopped at Bealls for a number of years.

Lately when visiting our local Bealls we found that in many cases, there prices have almost double.

The price of Reels shirts which was once 12.95 now have risen to 24.95...

Also, senior days which was a popular attraction now has been eliminated.

Sadly Bealls has lost a long time customer.

I have had no problems with the store but the credit card company Comenity is horrible. They had screwed up my Bealls Outlet account and Bealls Gold account when they merged together and my payments were returned from my bank causing late fees. After spending over an hour on the phone with 5 people all of whom cannot speak English well, nothing was fixed. I still had late fees and was unable to set up the new account. For this reason I have cancelled my accounts with Bealls

This store seems like it is trying to be Kohl’s. The clothes now are cheap crap even though their shoppers expect Floridacolors and excellent quality. That is not their focus any longer. The store was thriving and now is a ghost town.

Tried placing an order online and delivered to my home here in Florida. I have had a Bealls Credit Card for years, but now I am permanently living in Florida. I gave the cust rep all my info, name, last 4 of SS#, out of state address and now my new address here in Florida. Her English was deplorable and I spent more than 30 minutes on the phone trying to place this order but no luck. I finally gave up and cancelled the order; I will purchase my order elsewhere. Nothing difficult, just tried to order two womens tops for Christmas. Never again Bealls.....I'm 80 years old and don't need this aggravation.

Went to BELL’s today to return a shirt that I purchased last week and picked up the wrong size when I returned it last week the shirt was on sale for $17 when I returned it they only gave me $11.69 as I did not have a receipt and then charged me $36 for the other shirt not a good policy bells Joseph reth

Horrible that this company makes you pay for returns, which was basically the cost of the product. NEVER USE BEALLS Florida again. First and last time!

I used to love Beall's and would shop there twice a month. They have cut the Petite department inventory so severely I have almost quit going into the store. Petite Caribbean Joe is no longer available and the Alfred Dunner Petites are almost gone. The shoes they are selling are poorer quality than before. My store no longer is stocking Carhart clothing for men. The inventory in general is scaled back so much that I wonder if my store is closing. My store used to be fairly busy, now it looks like a ghost town, even on Saturdays. So disappointed!!

Don’t ever order online from bealles! I am waiting over a month for shoes. Also they sent the first pair damaged. Second pair were the wrong shoes. I’ve been billed three times and it’s months later with no shoes. Still waiting!! Unacceptable! I needed them for work.
