PRICE BAITING - bought 4 Pirelli tires online - 4 days later they called and said they couldn’t sell them at that price and asked for more money. Don’t waste your time, but at least they didn’t steal my money.

I've never dealt with this company but they had what I was looking for and had the most competitive pricing. They arrived sooner than I thought they would which was a bonus.

Just excellent smooth process, delivery was sooner then first predicted by FED EX, cheapest price around. I am very happy I dealt with BB. well recomended.

The process was easy and fast. I had a question and the sell rep I spoke to was very helpful and answered my question. I'm very satisfied!

Customer service was fantastic contacting prior to shipping.
The tires arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Only positive vibes to BB Wheels and my Venom Tires. Which only BB Wheels was able to get these Venom tires in the size I was looking for. My local tire guy who did the install, could not find the size anywhere for him to order!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with B&B Wheels was frustrating from beginning to end.
What should have been a simple wheel purchase for my 2017 Camaro turned into a lengthy customer service issue that required multiple follow-ups, unnecessary effort on my part, and ultimately left me feeling like the customer was blamed for a problem that should have been handled much better.
The issue began when a duplicate order was processed. Once I realized there was a problem, I contacted B&B Wheels expecting a straightforward resolution. Instead, communication was inconsistent, and I found myself repeatedly reaching out for updates and clarification. Rather than feeling like the company was working to resolve the issue, I felt like I was responsible for driving the entire process.
After the duplicate order situation was identified, I followed the instructions provided and returned the merchandise. The wheels were carefully packaged and shipped back. Tracking information confirmed delivery to the return location, so I expected the refund process to move forward quickly.
Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
After the return was received, obtaining information about the refund became another challenge. I had to continue following up to determine the status of the return and when I could expect the appropriate credit. Responses were slow, and communication lacked clarity.
The most disappointing part of the experience was the dispute over return shipping costs. Despite the circumstances surrounding the duplicate order, I was still expected to absorb shipping-related expenses. From a customer perspective, this felt unfair. When an order issue occurs, customers expect a company to take ownership of the problem and work toward a reasonable resolution. Instead, I felt as though I was being penalized for trying to correct an issue that I did not intentionally create.
The entire situation resulted in unnecessary stress, wasted time, and a level of frustration that could have been avoided with better customer service and communication. Purchasing wheels is a significant investment, and customers should feel confident that if something goes wrong, the company will stand behind them and work toward a fair solution.
While the products themselves may be fine, customer service is what customers remember when there is a problem. Unfortunately, B&B Wheels failed in that area during my experience.
Because of the poor communication, refund delays, return shipping dispute, and overall lack of customer-focused resolution, I cannot recommend B&B Wheels and would not choose to do business with them again.

I ordered a set of four wheels from BB Wheels for around $1,000. When we brought them to the shop to have the tires mounted, we noticed a couple of obvious imperfections — one wheel had a small dent and another had a blemish/mark in the finish.

The shipping boxes were in perfect condition and the wheels stayed in the boxes until we brought them to the shop, so these appeared to be factory/finish issues rather than shipping damage.

I contacted BB Wheels and sent photos. Their solution was to offer me a **$25 credit on a roughly $1,000 order**.

Realistically, it wasn't worth the hassle of shipping large, heavy wheels back, waiting for replacements, and then having to bring everything back to the shop again, so I kept them. The imperfections aren't catastrophic, but when you buy brand-new wheels, you expect them to arrive in brand-new condition. If they don't, I think the company should make a reasonable effort to make it right.

I wasn't expecting a huge refund or free wheels, but $25 felt pretty insignificant considering the condition they arrived in and the amount I spent. Overall, pretty disappointing customer service and something I'd keep in mind before ordering from BB Wheels again.

Customer service is excellent. They installed my tires with ease and also installed my car battery for free.

Your representatives were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in verifying fitment for my 2020 Ford Explorer. I ordered my wheels yesterday 12AUG2026 and they will be delivered and on my truck by 14AUG2026. Amazing experience all around.

Stay away from BB Wheels and XXR wheels. CRAP CS.
BB Wheels has the worst CS and owns 3 competitive companies and a CS team of 1 to 2 people.

This is a 30 day old brand new "XXR Wheels" rim that has color fade in less than 30 days. Only washed with soapy water which is what they recommend. They said chemical reaction. TOO SOAPY WATER? and only 1 out of 4 Wheels tells you its a manufacturers defect. Common sense. Have several images to show damage.

Very good quality at a fair price. They arrived quickly, and the design looks very durable. Excellent purchase.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

My experience with them made me feel like I was dealing with a scam.

Their prices look unbeatable, which should have been my first red flag. I carefully entered my vehicle’s year, make, and model on their website. I also called them, emailed them, and even read them the exact specifications from the tires currently installed on my vehicle to make sure I was ordering the correct ones. They recommended a specific brand, assured me it was the best option, and I trusted their advice.

After spending nearly $1,000, I received the tires and took them to the dealership for installation. I was immediately told they were NOT the correct tires for my vehicle. They had the wrong load rating, the wrong speed rating, and the wrong specifications.

That’s when I discovered how their return process works.

First, you have to pay to ship the tires back yourself. Anyone who has shipped tires knows how expensive that is. Then they charge you a 25% restocking fee. On top of that, they say they have to conduct an “investigation” that can take months before deciding whether you get your money back.

So they sell you the wrong product, make returning it financially unreasonable, and leave you waiting indefinitely for a refund. That is exactly why my experience felt like a scam.

Thankfully, I paid with my credit card. I immediately filed a dispute with my bank, and my bank refunded my money, not them.

Learn from my mistake. Sometimes the cheapest price ends up being the most expensive purchase you’ll ever make.

I bought a pair of tires and I picked one on the list and picked the wrong rim size and when I realized it was wrong I called to pay the difference and get the right ones and they said it was past due the policy, customer service sucks, not willing to work for the service from now on I will go to the shop to get it anyway it looks cheaper but then you have to pay for Alignment and put the tires on the rim, at the end of the purchase it is not worth the risk of getting something wrong

Quick delivery, very nice chrome wheels. Only problem, it was delivered at the wrong address. Not, good but

The experience itself was great! Andy was careful to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and worked with me to make it the great experience that it was! Johnny also chimed in along the way. Also, the shipment was quick. I was surprised. When I get them on I'll leave a review with pics. All in all, 10 out of 10!

I believe my feedback continues to be misunderstood.

At no point did I state that your representative was rude, disrespectful, or unprofessional. Those are your words, not mine. I would appreciate my concerns being addressed based on what I actually communicated rather than on points I never made.

My feedback was centered on two specific issues:

1. Communication. I specifically asked what the return costs would be and was only advised of the wheel restocking fee. I was not informed during that conversation that each accessory item would also incur its own separate restocking fee, along with the associated taxes. That information was only provided after the return had already been initiated. My concern is that complete and transparent information should be provided when a customer asks a direct question.

2. Customer experience. I explained that I was a repeat customer who had unexpectedly found myself returning brand-new, unopened products because the vehicle they were purchased for developed significant mechanical issues and had to be returned. I did not expect an exception to your policies. I expected acknowledgment of the situation and a more customer-focused conversation with your CSR, Jenna. Empathy and transparency do not require a company to waive its policies.

Your latest response again focuses on defending your policies and whether your representative was rude. Neither of those points addresses the actual concerns I raised.

As someone who spent years in customer service before opening my own business, I understand that policies are necessary. However, how those policies are communicated often determines whether a customer returns in the future. My review was intended to provide feedback on that experience.

Sandra in customer service and Jim the owner are terrible to work with when you have a warranty claim. They will deny everything possible to force you to hire legal assistance. They say their tires will not fit my wheel which they sold me knowing my wheel size and not have bubbles in my tires bc of cheap made Chinese tires. I recent reach out to another sales member two days ago and confirmed the tires fit my wheels. They have no knowledge of what their staff tells people. Sandra is email me with explanation of why but has no clue about wheels and tires, she tells me she is in customer service but is answering my email like a manager would or president of the company. Definitely would buy somewhere else who's staff is trained properly and knows about their sales.
