Jennie and Marc both made my move in and move out so easy. They’re really hands on- whenever I needed anything during my tenancy they were quick to respond and help me. Really recommend using Bayfield Capital for your move in!

The comfortable studio apartment I rented had exceptional functionality with all the appliances and furniture in good condition and durable. I recommend this place for anyone moving to Manchester.

I recently moved from the Lumiere Building after 18 months. Marc and Jennie were really helpful with fast responses to any issues i had with the property throughout my time there. They also made the whole process of ending my tenancy quick and easy.

It’s a very cosy, secure place. The gym on the upper stairs also really convenient to have exercises without concerning the weather. The landlord was thoughtful and helped me a lot. Thank you so much!

Marc and Jennie have been my letting agents for a few months now. I’ve been living in the same property for over 3 years and Lumiere Living have managed to complete a list of ongoing issues in the space of 3 months, compared to the two other abysmal agencies I was originally with.

They are quick at responding, nothing is ever too much for them, they are always wanting to resolve any issues in a timely manner and they actually make me feel like a valued tenant (which is hard to come by in the current rental market)

I would highly encourage any potential landlords/tenants to join their services as it’s clear they know exactly what they’re doing!

I have been renting an apartment with Lumiere Living for over two years. The landlords Marc and Jennie have been great throughout - they respond quickly and courteously to emails and they have made all necessary repairs in the flat as soon as they have been needed, and the work has always been done to a high standard. Renting from them has been a very positive experience so I would highly recommend it. The flat itself is modern, spacious, well furnished, and in a good location in the city centre. It has been a great place to live.

Marc and his team did some maintenance on my flat. He was really helpful, got on it straight away and followed up with further advice and options. Was really pleased with the work that he did and would highly recommend.

I've been renting a studio for the past two years and my experience has been lovely! Overall, Marc and Jennie have always been helpful and friendly. I found it useful to have direct contact with landlords since they make sure to respond to any queries/issues.

I also love how convenient the location is to the city with the tram and train stops very close by! The studio space is just the right size for one person.

I live in a studio of this apartment.
The room is cosy and the outside area is quite through a day.
The cost of rent is reasonable for single adult.
There are Gym, Sauna and Terrace upstairs that can be accessed anyday from 6am to 10pm. I use 2-3 times a week around 7-8pm, but 3-4 people use in the Gym at its busiest.

The apartment is located very close to Deansgate train/tram station (5min walk).
