Rubbish Customer Services
Their customers services appear to guess what their customers want, I ordered two sets of product and only received one, after a week my Account page said the 2nd order was still in processing so I rang them to find out what happened to my 2nd order, the person I spoke to said he would investigate what happened to my 2nd order and someone would get back to me via email, later in the day I got an email from someone else saying sorry about the duplication we have refunded your 2nd payment. I emailed the person twice and both my emails so far have not been answered. Rubbish customer services

Il prodotto che le abbiamo spedito non e` scaduto e puo` essere utilizzato fino alla fine di Dicembre. Poiche` vogliamo che ogni cliente abbia un'esperienza il piu` positiva possibile, le offriamo due prodotti omaggio la prossima volta che ordinera` qualcosa con noi. Delivered not what i ordered
Sorry, 2 stars because i ordered Nuratrim and you send me something complete diverend. When i asked for comment i received a stupid answer like " wel Sire, then you take 3 capsules a day from you're received product" ..... Sorry that was very stupid. After i reacti to you're mail the person who answers my mail told that i had to conform my adress (again) and they send my the product i ordered.
My problem ?....... That i ordered product A, you send me product B and you guess give me a stupid answer to order a cheaper product i didn't order!...that is a very bad and stupid way to deal whit you're clients...a very bad after sale.....if you gues want to respons on this watch order: Bauernutrition: New Order # BN100017523

I can only apologise for the issues regarding your order. It seems like there must have been a mix up in our warehouse with the result of you receiving the wrong product. I have now processed an additional shipment again today with the following tracking reference: LQ170383596GB (you can track your order on royalmail.com).
Please keep the first product we accidentally sent free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. By looking at the email history, I can see that your problem got lost in translation as we have no dutch speakers in the office and had to translate forth and back using google translate. Apologies for this misunderstanding!
