Horrible service
Ive made my order like last week and i still didnt get notified that its been dispatched. Also i had to ask via email about length and how long its gonna take , first email i got didnt answer my question at all, the 2nd only said its up to i think 2-3 weeks after its been dispatched.
That wasnt helpful, and its taking ages! Im in a crisis thats why i ordered it!

We can confirm that your order was shipped on the 24th of February.
As far as your questions is concerned ("length and how long its gonna take"), my colleague did reply with the following message on the 20th of Feb.:
"Once you receive a confirmation that it has been dispatched from our warehouse, the shipping process or transit time will be 10-15 business days. maximum 15 business days".

Still haven't received my order yet. Spent over 200.00 dollars.. sent and email and which has yet to receive any feedback. Will never order from this company again.. poor way to do business. And still waiting til this day to hear from this company.

On the 11th of February (one day after you ordered) we sent you the following email:

You should receive the order in the next 2-4 business days for UK orders, 5-7 business days for International (please allow up to 14 days for some International orders). Your order was sent using International Tracked LB385859396GB. Your invoice is attached to this email as a PDF file.
Please note that that replies to this email notification will not seen. Please refer to the website for Customer Support contact information.

Today (19th of February) you replied to this shipping confirmation email (therefore you definitely must have received this email), so i don't quite understand your argument "still waiting til this day to hear from this company".
We have provided you with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your order online (which by the way has been shipped within 24 hours after you placed your order). As stated in our terms & conditions, deliveries to the US might take between 5-15 working days (today is the 6th working day after you placed your order).
Once again, I do not understand your criticism. We would like to hear back from you with information on why you accuse us of conducting a "poor way to do business".

Not pleased...
I can't even review the product, because I ordered it nearly ten days ago and haven't heard ANYTHING since I paid through PayPal. Not an email saying hey it's delayed, an anticipated ship date...NOTHING. I finally called and was told my product was out of stock and would ship in a week. Guess what...still haven't seen or heard anything. IMO Bauernutrition is terrible. Customer Service is....well...there is none. C'mon this is 2015. How hard is it to keep your paying customer up to date through email? IF I ever receive the product, changes are I won't re order. It will have to be a miracle drug and let's face it, those don't exist.

Excellent customer service
I orderered some products and they didn't send me all what I had ordered so I emailed them and within hours they emailed me back and they sent the rest of my order which I thought was excellent... Not many companies get back to you that quick and have no quibble... All in all 10 out of 10 and I hope the product is....
