This customer is posting the same negative review in as many places as he can, here is what we have replied elsewhere.
Client ordered a motorcycle battery on the 8/5/2024, then one calendar month later stated the connections are bent, He stated this was during delivery and only just opened the parcel. We pointed out that there is a window of 7 days to report any losses of damage during delivery because that’s the rules of the courier company for any claim, further its stated in our terms and conditions of purchase, but send us pics of the packaging and the label and we will see what we can do to help.
Not sure why this review has been posted, or at what stage our service has been a terrible service, delivered next working day, or our customer relations shocking, unless of course when told that he would post a negative review to all his biker friends we hoped he would tell the whole story, not just half of it.
The offer is still open to the client, send us the pictures as requested and we will see what we can do, negativity is not going to help anyone.

Amazing service from the outset
Amazing service from the initial phone enquiry that was well after normal office hours to next day delivery cannot fault this company. Helpful friendly knowledgeable staff who provided fabulous service. Within seconds of placing order I had email confirmation providing details of order and delivery.
Thank you so much would definitely recommend.

Mobility scooter battery needed in short time!
Needed a replacement battery for my mother's mobility scooter. Battery Trader were simply fantastic. With little time left before a holiday I didn't want my mum to be stuck at home with no means of getting out and about. Battery Trader allowed me to drop off the battery pack in person, replacing the battery almost immediately, charge, test, then phoning me to say it was ready for collection only a couple of hours later. The team there are professional, welcoming and give an excellent customer service. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you.

Bought an 18v 3AH NiMH battery for my old Dewalt drill. Having looked on line the originals were no longer available and a lot of the clone ones looked low quality or had bad reviews. This company looked OK so I chanced it. The battery I was sent looks to be well made and certainly packs a punch. Early days but this looks like an excellent battery.

Required new batteries for a mobility scooter for my Aunt, the batteries arrived the next day, very well packaged. The batteries worked great, giving the scooter a new lease of life. Would recommend this company.

Bad service…
Purchase two thursday because I got told next day delivery.
Never arrived, so I rang and got told they have bent over backwards to pull all the strings to get them to me on a Saturday delivery with no extra charge,also heard nothing and never arrived.
Arrived Tuesday.
So I was left all over the bank holiday weekend with no batteries for the scooter so couldn't go anywhere.
I purchased more elsewhere from someone who could deliver on time.
When trying to refund it seems you get charged courier fees and possibly re stocking charges.
I will sell them on privately as I can't be bothered with the hassle of dealing with them again.
I have recieved (31/08/23) a email prompting me to give battery trader more info to who I am.
Based on what I have written and stated I have been left all over the bank holiday. Im sure that must indicate who I am.....unless I am not the only one that got let down!
Probably working through a back log of unhappy customers by the sounds of it!

The client placed an order on Thursday at 16:38 pm. His card was declined and had to use another. They were told we could not make any promises as it was too late in the day, & because of the bank holiday it might be Tuesday for delivery, Further, they did not want to pay for Saturday delivery.
On Tuesday early morning, they confirmed delivery, but unknown to us they also ordered from Amazon, and wanted to strike a deal, An email message from Darren said “I could keep these batteries and refuse my delivery later on but to do this I would expect some kind of reimbursement out of principle.”. We just sent them the return details.
He has to date, kept the batteries we delivered, possibly easier to turn the Amazon order away (poor Amazon seller).
We delivered the next working day, cannot help it being a bank holiday, there is zero justification for this negative review.
