They sent me a returned product sold as new. Memory foam won't expand. Yellowed and aged foam that forms a rounded set of stairs not usable. They said it is what it is. Disgusting. 90 dollars for landfill.

Ontvangen Artikel wil ik retourneren ( binnen 14 dagen retourneren staat op webshop)Hier mail over gestuurd en gevraagd welke procedure ik daarvoor moet volgen. Ze willen weten waarom en geven 2 opties om korting te geven. Ik wil hier geen gebruik van maken en vraag specifiek naar retour adres.
Hier tot op heden geen reacties meer ontvangen. Ik heb de oplichting gemeld en er wordt zoals mij is “beloofd” een onderzoek naar gestart.

Het is dropshipping en je krijg misleidende afbeeldingen op de site en waardeloze, goedkope producten. Retourbeleid is onwettelijk; ze willen dat je retouren terugstuurt naar Azië, wat wettelijk niet eens mag aangezien in hun voorwaarden daar niks over staat en zij in NL een vestigingsadres hebben.

KOOP HIER NIKS, wat je krijgt er gedoe mee!!!!

Jongens jongens dat dit kan, je wordt gewoon belazerd maar volgens consuwijzer heeft de klant wel degelijk rechten en als het een Nederlandse site is MOETEN ze een retouradres in Nederland aanbieden, ze mogen de consument niet DWINGEN om het terug te sturen naar China, PAS OP IEDEREEN EN BESTEL NIETS, deze criminelen verdienen het NIET!

This guy is super awesome to deal with and makes excellent quality products. His prices are more than reasonable, given the inflation, and more importantly the extremely well made products. I’ve purchased a lot of “stainless steel” products from meat processing equipment to pet bowls and this is high quality. It’s not that cheap foreign metal products labeled as surgical stainless steel.

Do yourself a favor this Year of The Rabbit and upgrade your pet bowls and mixing bowls! I’m already on my second order and plan to order again in the future.

I was looking for a good quality stainless steel water bowl for my puppy and came upon this company. Decided to purchase because of the testing for heavy metals they indicate they perform. Bowl looks solid, is easy to clean and has nice shape and so far he hasn't knocked it over either. Like supporting a small domestic manufacturer and am going to get a second one for outdoors.

I am very happy with the bowls and bowl stands I purchased from Basis pet. They are well worth the price, and the stands are an amazing design. Anyone who appreciates quality craftsmanship will be pleased.

Great quality bowls! I love the look of them. I am a little disappointed in the size- I thought it would be bigger (I got a large). This is definitely my fault since the website clearly states how much the bowl holds! I would love to see bigger bowls made someday, I would buy them in a heartbeat! Overall a great buying experience and my two puppies are already enjoying them!

People shouldn't have to worry about their pets getting sick or dying because manufacturers us radioactive metals to make their feeding bowls.
Basis Pet cares about your pet and it shows in their exquisitely crafted product. I love the design and quality of the bowls I purchased from them and will continue to do business with them as long as I have pets. Even my boxer, who was oddly timid during feeding time, is eating more easily since I bought her these bowls. We are adopting another dog sometime in the near future and will definitely be purchasing from Basis Pet again.

My girlfriend and I are thrilled with the look of my new dog bowls and stand from Basis Pet. My previous dog bowl stand was covered in rust because my pooch splashes when he drinks and the materials were cheap materials.

Now we have a stable stand and bowls made out of quality materials. And made in the U.S.A. so we know they weren't shipped back and forth across the world so some poor worker could be paid exploitative wages. Thank you Basis Pet for providing a good product and manufacturing it here.

I emailed Basis Pet inquiring about an item that was out of stock, and they emailed me back the very next morning letting me know when they expected the items to be back in stock, and also letting me know that they would notify me when it was back in stock. Which they did!

The quality of their products is great, and they really care about and appreciate their customers.
