DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I placed an order on January 28th and have emailed them repeatedly. They responded with excuse after excuse. I finally requested a refund on February 14th, but they have yet to reply. ********warning *******

No stars I spent over 100.00 dollars only received one out of the three items I ordered the quality is horrible and nothing like the picture I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone in fact do us a great big favor shut down this crappy business

I need to start supporting local businesses because these foreign companies are nothing but a scam. It took nearly three months for my order to arrive, and despite reaching out for an update, I never received a response. When the item finally came, it was too small. I contacted the company again to request an exchange—silence. Now, my jeans sit untouched in a package, with the slim hope that I might be able to alter them. Terrible customer service, zero accountability. Buyer beware—stay far away.

Actually liked 2 of the items and quality but one jumpsuit could not be zipped and the upper thigh area had way too much fabric. Returning the item would have been pricey. So I ordered a 2 piece in November 2024 and hadn’t heard anything till I contacted them in January 2025. I was told it was sold out. Upon trying to choose another item, I was being told they were sold out or couldn’t be ordered because they were pre-sale. Finally settled on something just to end the back and forth and use my monies spent. I ended leaving $10 on the table, no offer of a refund given. The clothes are cute but I’d say one may be taking a chance with it working out.

December 28th, 2024 order was placed in the amount of $80.90. On 12/30/2024 Baseusclothing stated shipment on the way, USPS Tracking # entered advised label created not in the system. I emailed Baseusclothing on 1/8/2025 regarding my order their response was that the package was dispatched. Today, again I checked and USPS stated the package didn't have proper postage applied to be delivered. USPS encouraged to contact the sender/merchant to seek reshipment, refund other available recourse. This was my first ordering from Baseusclothing and I pray others haven't been taken advantage of by this fraudulent company.

I wish I could give them a 0. This company is Fraud. I ordered my outfit nov. 26th & Never received it. Keeps saying shipping soon. They provided PayPal with a False tracking number so PayPal is not letting me get my money back. They are taking people money & not shipping the items. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY unless you're ready to take a Loss. They are Stealing money

This company sells cheap clothing and is based out of China. The pictures that you see being advertised on their website is not what you will receive so be aware. When requesting a refund they want you to send the merchandise back to China and the cost is more expensive than the items being returned.

I gave them 1 star base on how the clothes look. Which is real nice. But I never received my order. I tried to contact them it's only through email, they DONT respond back. I was trying to prepare for my 9 yrs old Funeral service. I wanted this item. And no response. For 1 month. Finally I had to get My bank Involved. HORRIBLE SERVICE

This site is a FRAUD. BaseUsClothing.com deserves ZERO stars. I received pants with a stain/mark in a very prominent area. They would not pay for return shipping, nor give me a full refund. The clothing does not look as pictured and the service is horrible. AVOID this retailer and Spread the Word.

I am rating because I do not have an option for zero but one thing I am sure of is taking up this matter to the right channel so this Company will go down. I have gathered all I need.
I am asking for a return so I can refunded for a low quality product and no one responded well let’s see how this plays out.

I haven’t received my order place in November..

I placed a order never received it so I asked for a refund I sent several emails to this company and it looks like I got robbed for my 65.00 dollars Just a Scam website Never again

I ordered in October, received partial order in late November early December. When I inquired about the rest of my order they then informed me that they were sold out.I asked why wasnt I told that and they responded I can order something totaling what the price of the items was. At this point I would like a refund, because had I not asked about the items they would have never said anything. Still waiting on response about refund. I would not order from them.

I placed an order on November 24, 2024, but have not received it as of December 25th. I checked on the status of my order today and it still says "unfulfilled". I reached out to the company via email three weeks ago to inquire about my order, but I have not received a response. There is no other means to communicate with them. I have also requested a refund, but I have not received that either.

This is a dishonest company. DO NOT buy from them. The clothes are cheaply made. And the seller does not offer a return label. The clothes are shipped from Sugarland Texas; but they want you to ship them back to Hong Kong. Ludicrous! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shein and Temu are more customer friendly and the clothing quality is the same and much lower in price.

I ordered a sweater on September 13th and I'm still waiting. They are very much scammers. Their quality is trash as well. This will be my final order from them. I will report the BBB but I'm officially done. I don't recommend anyone order from them. It's a few more companies out there online as well. I truly don't appreciate my money being taken and no product. Truly pissed. I'm almost mad at Facebook for flashing their ads on my page. A lesson learned. I just emailed them 10 mins ago and will do it again.

I had a terrible experience with this company, and I want to warn others. They present themselves as if they’re based in the U.S., but they’re actually operating out of China. I ordered an item that was not true to size and was poor in quality, and when I requested a refund, they insisted I pay to ship the item back to China, which costs more than the product itself!

Here’s the kicker: They’re not transparent about their location or the return policy, and they don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. They just take your money and refuse to work with you if there’s an issue.

I am not happy with the quality of their product or service. I ordered a jacket and a pair of pants, it has been over six weeks since I’ve been waiting for my package to arrive. I received a shipment label stating that my package will arrive soon…however the company sent out a jacket which was poorly designed and the fabric was very cheap. I went to check on the shipment details for my pants…it does not reflect when a label was created. At this point, I am requesting a refund immediately. This business seems like a scam!!!

Do not buy anything from them. I paid $103 to return items in May, they stated I would get a refund. Instead of a refund the suits were returned back to me on October 30, So I am out of $ 161.00 Customer service lied during the transaction as well.
