Very disappointing experience

Very poor experience with Barry Bolton Windows. Paul Putney did not listen to my requests regarding measurements and did not remove his shoes when entering. He also appeared unwilling to properly measure the windows, instead simply looking up at them from the stairs.

When I asked for the quote we had agreed on over the phone, he simply closed his bag and walked away. Extremely unprofessional service and not what I expected.

Called Barry Bolton Windows due to a damaged glass panel.
Initially all good, sent an engineer out quickly, measured up the obscured glass but that's where the professionalism ended.
Customer services called stating they're not sure what obscured glass we had as their manufacturer disputed what their engineer had said.
I had to send numerous photos for them to work out the pattern and they even asked me what i thought it was! You're the supposed professionals!
I asked for someone to come out with samples to match the pattern and was told that wasn't possible, really?
After wasting about 6 weeks of my time they then REFUSED to do the work.
This is a company with supposedly 50 years experience yet couldn't distinguish between two patterns and clearly didn't want to try.
