Extremely rude 'customer service' who are tarnishing the Segway Navimow brand. Can't see them being the distributor much longer (Segway find someone better!) as EP Barrus are in serious decline.
My evenrude outboard engine needs a part that is out of stock at the moment,the workshop that is reparing my boathas been trying all week to get hold of someone at E P Barrus but no one is coming back to the them or me we a contact for Evenrude parts please.
Best customer service I have ever experienced. I had two pairs of Wolf Garten bypass secateurs. I cannot remember exactly how long I have had them but on both the spring had failed. I wrote to customer service asking about replacement springs and within 14 days 2 new pairs of secateurs arrived in the post.
Full marks to a company that stands by guarantees without quibbling. 10 out of 10
DO NOT BUY from this awful company, once they take your money, and you have a problem, they run a mile or two. They never call back, or even email back, they only interested in your money and sell CRAP products.
This company should be reported to Trading Standards, as they have NON. Garden Section lady called Belinda is horrid person, she will say write in an email, its been 4 weeks no reply, no nothing from them. I am now selling a product I purchased for a massive loss, after rejecting the 1st one( which broke down straight away, i asked for a full refund they rejected that), now i have more problems with 2nd product, they do not to resolve my issues but taken my money.

Ordered two products which I then cancelled immediately due to their delivery dates. Was advised I couldn't cancel the order. Order arrived and had to return the items at my cost only to be told they refund within 28 days of receiving the item.
The communication has been blunt and very unhelpful. I definitely wouldn't buy from this site again.
Had an issue with the quality of a pair of gardening gloves. Without fuss the company replaced the gloves in double quick time. Excellent service!
I received a pair of gardening gloves as a present. I didn't need them immediately and then, after a few months, opened them to find they were both left hands!
I emailed Barrus Tools Division, and received a reply to say they didn't have any spare right-handed gloves, but would send me a new pair. This is brilliant customer service in my view, so the least I could do was to write them this review.
