Great brand 10/10 only would recommend them to add bandobaby branding on the inside of the clothing add a few labels maybe. Other than that this brand is fire and I would order again. 10/10 brand

Poor don’t order !!!

When I was looking at the reviews before I ordered thought wow really Good!!!! All up to date reviews, so I ordered I have not had the same experience as those Boasting about the company no up to date delivery instructions when I emailed about my order basically told that it wasn’t there problem as it’s been shipped, never again will I order from this company… for the message below no 1st visit from Royal Mail as I was in all day an have cameras no body came on the 1st visit an was a mistake on royal mails side !!!

Hi Caroline,
I’ve checked the tracking and can see your order was delivered today after a second attempt after the first delivery was unsuccessful due to no-one being home, after which you wrote this complaint.
As mentioned throughout our constant communication by email we sent your order out on the 12th of October 2 days after you placed your order for 48 working hour delivery.
On our end we have done nothing wrong as we tried to explain to you in your emails it was a delay caused by royal mails processing which caused a delay of 2 days in your order arriving.
We aim to keep all of our customers happy which is why we pay more for Royal mails services which are trustworthy and reliable, on this occasion they have let us down but just to re-iterate we hare not the cause of any delay.

Hi Dominik, we have had several correspadance with you over the past few days about your order.
As mentioned in the emails we shipped your order timely, on the 10th of October two days after you have purchased your tracksuit for 48 hour delivery,
Unfortunately royal mail were not able to deliver your order due to lack of full address information provided by yourself (you can also check this on the tracking number on royal mails page).
As a business we have done nothing wrong as we have shipped your order timely and have had extension communication with you through our email customer service.
Regardless, we have gone on and refunded your order and given you a full refund for the tracksuit you have ordered.

I ordered a t-shirt size M for my…

I ordered a t-shirt size M for my son,11. The shirt I got was a XXL size, although the label read M. It is huge. Yes, the quality is good, but there is something wrong with the size. So I had to order the smallest size. Hope it will fit!

Hi, sorry to hear about that we have seen your email and will send you out a new t-shirt with the correct sizing, must be a mistake from our supplier we have checked our stock and confirmed yours was the only top with incorrect sizing. Alongside your original t-shirt we will also be sending you a free t-shirt for the inconvenience and stress, please reply to our email with your selected t-shirt!
Once again apologies for this mistake we assure you it was a one-off and won't happen again!

There was a mistake with the delivery…

There was a mistake with the delivery which was my fault, but they contacted me when I didn’t know and sorted it out. 100% authentic very reliable company. The only problem is that they need to respond to their emails a bit quicker, but if you want to contact them directly for a problem go their instagram. Otherwise, its a cold brand!

We are constantly trying to cut down our reply times on both email and instagram, recently we hired new staff which is probably which caused this delay.

I brought a tracksuit from here and it had amazing quality! It came within 2-3 days didn’t have to pay for delivery and I won’t complain to spend 80£ for a tracksuit from here. Would definitely recommend this brand!
