Very easy to book

Always book with Balkans if I can never had a problem with them in all the years I have gone to Bulgaria

We have used Balkan holidays in the past, and have been to Bansko, Borovets and Pamporovo.
We have returned to Pamporovo several times as the resort is well managed, and there is something for everyone, especially if you are just starting out on your Ski adventure.
We stayed in the Snezhanka hotel, although a bit dated, staff are very welcoming, the rooms are toasty, live singer in lobby every night, bar snacks (pizza / burgers) for those whose taste buds do not acclimatise well to the half board Bulgarian food served mornng and evening.
Margarita was our Balkan holidays rep, she was courteous, enthusiastic, entertaining and very friendly. She checked in with us several times on our stay to make sure we were all OK, and if we needed anything, she sought us out to advise flight transfer times, and had good local knowledge (ie buses to Mechi Chal, taxis etc)
We would definitely book with Balkan holidays again, they take care of everything, and we found their prices are cheaper than DIY methods (ie lift passes etc cheaper if booked as a package)

Everything went very smoothly

Very easy to book a flight and services

A great company to deal with. I cannot find fault in their customer service.

stayed at the winslow elegance. Overall good location for gondola and upper restaurants and bars.
Bathroom very small. Shower over bath which was very deep and tricky to step out of so may not be suitable for some people.
Clean but dated decor. Could do with a refresh of paint.
Housekeeping every day. Towels and bedding changed alternate days.
Ladies beware no hairdryer provided.
Plenty of clothes storage but insufficient hanging for wet ski wear.
Insufficient basic utensils for cooking even a basic cooked breakfast. No drainer to put washed items to dry. This was requested but never materialised.
Individual room heaters good and easy to control overall temperature.
On check-out reception not open and had to wait in cold outside for coach. Toilet facilities also unavailable.
Accommodation not accessible to coach. Dropped off on main road and expected to negotiate icy side roads with luggage. May not again be suitable for all ages or physical abilities.
Needs availabilty of safe deposit boxes.

This was our first time booking with Balkan holidays. Everything was great. We shall be booking our next mountain adventure with Balkan Holidays.

Great trip no issues. Great accomadation with pool steam room sauna. Great location. We booked the ski package which meant fast pass is included game changer for not queueing. Definitely would use again

Marianna and Evo in Hotel Victoria are excellent hosts with delicious homemade cooking and with nothing too much trouble. A 5 star couple who always make my holiday memorable.

Well looked after, great rep who made sure everything went smoothly.

Only issue was a limited food selection at the hotel as one of the family was on a strict low residue diet.
Ended up having to buy food out.
