They will use all tactics to get you to place an order. Negotiate bot is a scam. They will never honor the price and pressure you to cancel the order.

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! 70K still with them, super incompetent customer support that does not understand english. My product didn't get delivered now they are returning it but again the shipping company Logistos is a disaster. So I don't have my refund despite the fact that I didn't get my product.

My experience with Bajaao.com has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order on Bajaao.com for a multi-fx unit worth 50k+ and was told before placing the order that it will be shipped in 48 hours. This was 12 days ago. They have been telling me that "suddenly" they realized that they had a defective unit and trying to procure a new one from their vendor.

The issue was never the delay in procuring the product—I completely understand that imported items can take time. What made the entire experience unpleasant was the way the team handled my queries. For over 10–15 days, I kept following up just to get a basic update. Not once did Bajaao proactively reach out to inform me about the status of my order. Every call/message felt like I was “chasing” them. When I tried calling today, the customer support representative was outright rude and unconcerned, almost as if I had committed a crime by placing an order and requesting an update. I was even told that I’m free to file a complaint because they “can’t really help.” Imagine calling a "Customer Support" team and they telling you they can't help.

To be clear, I had better pricing options available locally and on other websites. I still chose Bajaao because I expected a more professional experience. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, poor handling of customer queries, and the overall attitude have been extremely disappointing. I have cancelled my order and is expecting a refund (let's see when that comes). The only time they were proactive was sharing the payment link for a negotiated price. After that, it has just been simply a cat and mouse game with them.

Avoid at all costs please!! There is a reason websites like Sweetwater outside are successful and have a global reach. Today I realized why so.

I’m writing this after months of silence and frustration from Bajaao, despite my repeated efforts to resolve a genuine manufacturing defect in a Bromo BAT 4MCE guitar I purchased through them.

Within four months of careful indoor-only use, the guitar developed a severe bulge near the bridge, making it almost unplayable. Upon closer inspection, I found a rough, chipped, and unfinished wooden surface beneath the bridge plate — a clear structural defect from the factory, not an environmental issue.

I immediately reported it to Bajaao with detailed photo and video evidence, even shipping the guitar back at my own cost (₹3,750). Their team kept dismissing it as an “environmental issue” without providing any proof, and later failed to respond for weeks despite promising escalation to their CEO and the manufacturer.

The lack of accountability from Bajaao’s after-sales team, repeated delays, and refusal to provide a written diagnostic report reflect a complete failure in customer service and transparency. A retailer of this scale should stand by its customers — not deflect responsibility and ignore genuine warranty claims.

If you’re considering buying from Bajaao, please be aware:

1. Their quality checks are superficial, focusing only on external appearance.
2. They deny legitimate warranty claims without investigation.
3. Their communication stops once you report an issue.

I’ve now escalated the matter to the National Consumer Helpline and am pursuing formal action. It’s unfortunate that a platform once trusted by Indian musicians has fallen to this level of service.

This review is not to defame but to alert fellow musicians to be cautious. Always research the brand and warranty process — I hope Bajaao chooses integrity over silence in the future.

It's been a month and my order has not been delivered. Haven't even recieved the refund yet. Bajaao is a scam

Most useless company, like many people says, it shows 2 days for delivery takes 7-8 days.

Probably I never buy even a cheapest thing in Bajaao ever again.

Placed a high-value order (ID: 538099) on 15th August. The website clearly claims dispatch within 24–48 hours — it's now been over 2 weeks and my order hasn’t even shipped.

Every time I contact customer support, I get a new excuse. First I was told it would ship on the 28th August. Then the 29th August. Then I was given an assurance by Mr. Navnath and Mr. Nitin that it would be dispatched "next Monday", that is 1st September. It’s now delayed again, with zero updates or ownership.

Customer service is unresponsive, unhelpful, and clearly not empowered to fix anything. They just pacify you with empty promises.

Bajaao markets itself as India’s top gear destination, but this has been the most unprofessional and disappointing experience I’ve had with any online store.

If your order is time-sensitive or important — think twice before trusting Bajaao.

I am literally fed up. They did not pick up my call. Then I wrote them 4 MAILS and it they didn't reply to it since 2 days. never buying from such a trash website again. Worst customer service on the planet.

Can i give less than one star?? It's the worst site everrr and wost customer care. I wanted to exchange a wrong product that i got for a discounted price. Then they charged me 7% from the ORIGINAL price just because i want to exchange a product. And that too, i got the wrong order, not my fault at all!! NEVER TRUST THIS SITE. You can go to some other sites like Raj musicals or idk anywhere else. The worst the worstt!!

I placed an order for the Akai MPD218 on July 2nd, excited to finally get my hands on something I’ve wanted for a long time. The site said delivery by July 5th, so I cleared time, planned ahead, and waited.

What followed was a week of vague updates, zero tracking, and honestly — just complete silence unless I called them first. Every time, I was told a different excuse: “It’s coming from a different warehouse,” “it’s delayed,” “it’ll be there soon.”

Then, on July 9th, I get a call casually telling me my order’s cancelled — because the only unit they have is damaged. No prior heads-up. No email. No refund until I chased it. Just… done.

I get that stock issues happen. But the way this was handled? No transparency, no communication, no apology — just a complete lack of professionalism.

I’ve now ordered the same product from Amazon. Not because they’re perfect — but because they at least deliver what they promise.

Stay away from them. They do not take customers seriously. They will show their colour during refunds. I ordered a ukulele from them. Got damaged product. I had to send them same pictures two times just to prove that the product and also the packaging was damaged. They took 6 days just to verify that the product is damaged. After that from return to refund I had to call them again and again to even get an email or an update. They will only give you refund if you have time to call them again and again. They lie about the refund process. I had to call 4 times to start the actual refund process. Buy from somewhere else please.

I bought a product from bajaoo and wrong item was sent to me wrong marketing ....even after they confirmed the return is recived their end refund will take another 4 to 5 working days lost trust with them

It used to be a very good company and i was happily buying from it since 2018 but now in 2025 its not worth buying from here, its quality of services has dropped drastically , in buying new products, claiming premium warranty and getting cashback points, also the prices are mostly higher than other websites atleast for the products i bought or wanted to buy. Look for alternate option

Fraud company. They will take your order and money. Then no update on your order from their end. You call them one week later and they will say product cannot be delivered. This happened to me back to back 3 times in a row. Oh and their customer service representatives have no idea about anything. One will say the product will be dispatched on that day. Then another one will say it can not deliver. And they will just keep forwarding your call to another person. Even I asked if the product is available before placing the order. And their "Product Specialist" confirmed that it's available. BTW their Product Specialist has 0 knowledge about products. Does not even know the difference between Mahogany and Spruce top guitar. He thinks it's just the color that's different. LOL
Don't buy any expensive instruments from Bajaao. You can buy strings, cables etc. That's fine. But no expensive things.
It was not like this before but from 2024 this started to happen. They even stolen my (approx.) 1000 cashback points which equals to 1000 rupees.

I recently ordered the Pioneer XDJ-AZ from Bajaao, and despite some initial skepticism (mainly because of the good price and mixed online reviews), my experience turned out to be smooth and professional.

Price: Bajaao had the best price online.

Delivery: The delivery was handled via BlueDart and arrived with just a 1-day delay, which I’d say is totally acceptable for a large, expensive product. They also shipped quickly after payment.

Packaging: No complaints. The packaging was solid, well-cushioned, and the product arrived in perfect condition.

Support/Communication: While I didn’t need customer service after ordering, everything from order confirmation to tracking was clear and timely.

All in all, I’d say Bajaao delivered well on my order, and I’d order from them again. If you're on the fence about a high-value item, I'd recommend giving them a shot, just make sure to confirm availability and keep an eye on your tracking.

I purchased a SP404 MK2, while I was using my friend’s SP404 for a show in a few days. I called up Bajaao and asked them to expedite the delivery. They did their best, now the product is being delivered sooner. Great service! ✨

I made the mistake of purchasing an Ableton Push 2 (₹67,000) from Bajaao in August 2022, and I regret it to this day. Their pre-sales team (Tejas) was incredibly aggressive in following up and convincing me to buy the product, promising cashback and an interest reversal on EMI charges. But the moment the product was delivered, they disappeared.

For over three years, I have been chasing them for my promised cashback:

❌ Calls avoided – They simply refuse to answer or give straight answers.
❌ False promises – Representatives like Navnath have repeatedly assured me of a callback but never followed through.
❌ Misleading claims – They responded to my Google review claiming the cashback was credited, yet I have never been able to see or use it.

This company is a nightmare to deal with once they have your money. If something goes wrong, expect ZERO support. I spent three years trying to get them to honor their commitment, and they have done nothing but waste my time.

🚨 Save yourself the frustration—buy from Amazon or a trusted retailer instead. Bajaao is unreliable, dishonest, and operates with outright negligence. I will never buy from them again, and I will make sure others don’t fall into the same trap.
