    Fantastic customer service. The Backpack Flags arrived beautifully packaged with a lovely postcard included. The flags are excellent quality and they even send you a link to show you the best technique to attach them to your bag. I would highly recommend and will definitely use this company again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    I’m happy

    Patches are quality and arrived fairly quickly. Slightly smaller than I expected, but that’s actually good as I was worried that I may not have enough room on my bag;)

    I was looking for a flag that I could…

    I was looking for a flag that I could velcro onto a small bag with velcro that came with a detachable US flag. But when your flag arrived it was small and thin, not suitable. I will keep it for another project. But I was disappointed.

    Nice quality

    Nice quality. Large order fulfilled. Took a little longer than I expected to arrive, but then it was a large order!

    They made it good.

    After originally not receiving my patches due to a delivery address error, backpackflags promptly apologized and re-sent the order which was delivered in a timely manner. Excellent customer service, and I highly recommend.
