Excellent product that was quickly dispatched & packaged securely , Great value for money too.

Excellent experience purchasing the Britax Advansafix from Babys-Mart. The ordering process was easy, delivery was prompt, and the car seat arrived well packaged. The seat itself feels extremely solid and well made, with clear instructions that made installation straightforward. It gives us real confidence in terms of safety and comfort. Very happy with both the product and the service would definitely recommend Babys-Mart

Very disappointing experience.
I was promised delivery of a car seat within two weeks, but instead I waited a month and a half. During this time, no one seemed interested in resolving the issue.
I sent several emails, but received no proper explanation and not even an apology. The lack of communication and responsibility is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this company due to poor customer service and failure to meet promised delivery times.

Really bad experience. The delivery took over a month even though the availability and dispatch of my product had been 2 weeks (based on the information they gave me initially).
Never received any communications on the delay, which if they had, I would have understood. I had to constantly call them and they would never have an answer as to where my order was or when I could expect it to be delivered.
Would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered a car seat on Black Friday. After 3 weeks still hadn't received it. After contacting them was told it was out of stock and wouldn't get it until January. Disappointed they made no effort to contact me about this. When it finally turned up after 5 weeks in January they only sent half the seat, so there was a further delay whilst they dispatched the second box.

The only thing in their favour is that customer services were quick to respond to my messages when I contacted them.

Ordered a product with a 10 day despatch lead time. One week after the date at which i should have received the product, i contacted Babys-Mart who confirmed that they hadn’t received the item from the supplier or despatched it yet, and it would be another month (we are now 24 days after i ordered). Zero communications on their part, i have no idea when i would have found out about the ongoing delay if i hadn’t contacted them myself.

I haven't open the parcel, it's a present for my niece. Whose having her baby in April. I've used this company for the first time. Very professional and delivery was on point.

Ordered a chair a month ago, still no update on delivery, keep getting the same excuse from customer service.
Looks like fraudulent company

Having read reviews talking about delivery issues I was unsure but everything was fine. Delivery was slightly delayed but customer service was great, keeping me informed. Item arrived around a week later than the initial eta. Would recommend as long as you don’t need ultra fast delivery.

I ordered wrong car seat which was immediately stopped and refunded then was able to order the right one very easily. Company constantly in touch. Very good

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Ordered a car seat on Black Friday with a 7 to 10 working day delivery. More than 10 working days passed, no delivery and no communication given as to what to expect next.

When I called, a guy answered and the stock hadn’t been dispatched from Cybex yet and didn’t know when it would be.

It was extremely obvious he didn’t care but outright offering to either continue waiting or an immediate refund, no attempt to save the sale.

I asked if he could contact Cybex and said he could ask someone in customer services to send an email next week but no to expect delivery until the new year as everything shuts down for Christmas.

Just to be clear, that’s at least 5 weeks after the order was placed and a lot longer considering no date was set for delivery.

Really really poor and the owners purposely don’t care. Seems like it’s ran to be cashflow positive and hold very little stock for any duration.

Managed to get the car car seat offered from another seller for only £3 more and delivered in 2 days.

This lot saying delivery in 7 to 10 days, from my experience, is grossly inaccurate and potentially a case for mis-selling goods.

DON’T BUY FROM THESE GUYS - THEY DON’T DESERVE YOUR MONEY!

Absolutely BRILLIANT service. Cannot fault this purchase.
Ordered on a Monday, delivered the next day, on time.
It's a lovely pushchair, colour is lovely, it came with a footmuff and rain cover, normally have to pay for these separately , but these were included in the price.
The pushchair is of excellent quality, padded seat, lovely soft material, the handles are comfortable to, the wheels can be fastened to go straight of swivel. There's a drinks holder, a decent size basket underneath, and the hood also has a pocket, and a peep-hole to see if baby is ok.
The price for what you get is fantastic.
I'm a Foster Carer, and we go through a fair few pieces of equipment.
I will be using this company again, and will highly recommend to anyone.

Baby mart where great! We got a great deal.on our car seat. The only let down was using Shop to track deliveries. It never updates properly. I had been 10 days since I ordered it and had no updates. I emailed their customer service and they advised me that the supplier had sent it out but Shop itself didn't even know when it had been delivered.

very quick delivery and excellent product

I had ordered my travel system from Babys Mart and to be honest, I felt like there was non stop stress. Stress over delivery times, when ordering it was between 7-10 working days, almost a month has gone by and I have only just received my order. Not only that, but it all come separately which had me feeling that items were missing and lost in transit. I was told multiple different days that my buggy was due in from the suppliers but failed to be delivered on that said day. I have now received my items and I am overly happy but the experience when you are days, weeks away from giving birth is just not what you need. The girls have been accommodating every time I have called them but the fact I have called them around 10 times checking where my travel system is, says a lot.

It took a month for my pram to be delivered, only for it to be missing parts. I emailed and was told the remaining piece will be delivered in a few weeks so casually . Not happy at all
