Avoid. Bought a 5 year old car from them priced at the top end of the scale at €18,000. Out of warranty
-the engine failed. On review of the documents, the car received its first ever service at 120,000kms, which was not disclosed to me at the time of sale. Manufacturer specialist technicians advised the engine would have been compromised at time of sale. Was told the car was NCT’d, only to contact Michael Cummins who sold me the car to be told by him that the car was booked for an NCT 6 months after sale. When signing paperwork and only on seeking information about a red stamp stating “body work complete” was I told the car had body work completed. Car is not drivable and it’s not worth repairing. Another 3 years of a loan to pay on a car I cannot use. Car was maintained by me as per manufacturers guidelines. No goodwill gesture from Azkar.
They don’t care that you’re investing in a car. They want to dig as deep into your pockets as they can. No conscience whatsoever. Disgusting.
