Excellent service

I use Avica for my business products. Always have excellent service, delivery is quick, never had any issues. Today I have just requested an update to my delivery information which has literally been actioned within minutes of me emailing.

Great Customer Service

Made an error when ordering products. Customer service was quick and easily handled my request, made the experience very smooth. Would highly recommend as a company, recenrly made a large order for a new set of instalments and the process was simple and painless.

Item pictured not what was supplied.

Picture of knife on web-site was NOT the item actually despatched. I would not have purchased if it was. Customer service were good but were unable to supply the item I thought I was getting and was too much trouble to try and return and purchase elsewhere. They SAID they would put the correct picture on the web but haven't.

We would like to apologise for sending the wrong item. The manufacturer recently updated the product but our stock is still the old design. The image was accidentally updated to the new product, but has now been changed back. We will refund you in full for your purchase and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Avica Cleaning and Janitoral Supplies.

I have been using Avica at my school for our cleaning and janitorial supplies for about 7 years now. I can't praise them enough for their consistency of good service, knowledge of their products, and super reliable next day delivery is a win all the way.

Great helpful service dealing with my lack of knowledge of the product lines I required.
Products dispatched quickly and delivered promptly.
Couldn’t ask for anything better in regards to service or product choice.
