My wife met with David Dutka due to serious issues with regard to Tinnitus. He was superb, caring, understanding and very knowledgeable. He instantly knew her requirements, and within a few minutes knew the appropriate aid for her. Very impressive service. Her life has been transformed having travelled the well worn path to Doctors, Consultants and Medication. Once again thank you David for a much more hopeful and positive future with regard to Tinnitus management.

This company gave me an aid through my prsi .I contacted them to say that it was paining me if I wore it for any length of time Alex changed it for a smaller one but after a while this began to hurt also. I contacted the office to be told it was the smallest one they had even though I felt this hearing aid was too big for my ear canal as i couldn't wear it for any length of time and nothing he could do.The volume also was only adjustable through their P.C which was very inconvenient When I rang to have it adjusted (as it seemed to lose volume constantly)Alex the man I was dealing with said that it was now out of warranty so they wouldn't take the ten minutes to adjust it for me. Avoid!

I was having problems and I meet with Trevor and had the very best service. Trevor was so professional and really listened. Thank you Trevor for sorting out my issues . I would highly recommend Audiology in Kilkenny.

Attended Ayrfield audiology kilkenny. Was seen by lovely lady called Sarah who thoroughly tested my ears and patiently addressed my concerns relating to hearing loss etc. Referral to E.NT. Couldn't recommend highly enough due to this lady's kindness and professionalism.

My father for years was struggling with his hearing and was in denial until he met Jessica. With her knowledge and compassion, she has helped him on his journey to wearing hearing aids and over time we have seen him start to enjoy life and become more engaged with our family again.

Attended the clinic in Blackpool Cork this morning & I would highly recommend the service provided by this company.
First & foremost they are extremely punctual with appointments which is a huge plus when you have a busy day. I was seen by a lady called Caitlin who explained every step of the process and proceeded to
carry out a thorough examination of my ears, including a sound booth check, to determine the cause of loss of hearing. Suggestions for a future course of treatment were put forward but there was absolutely no up-selling of any of their products or services. I felt totally & completely satisfied with the whole experience, including the cost, which is unbelievably competitive and would highly recommend this business.
