I have been very pleased with the online service offered by Creative Audio. The deals are good value and the ordering and delivery easy and fast.
My recent purchase was for an ‘open box’ pair of Q- Acoustics Concept 20 Bookshelf Speakers. The items are in perfect unused condition and having the open box saved me a few £. These speakers are a revelation as far as I am concerned. For the price they deliver a superb musical quality that far exceeds the vast majority of speakers out there. I have partnered them with a Yamaha A-S801 Integrated Amplifier and stream Hi-RES music from Qobuz through my Yamaha WXC-50, which is another excellent item. This system is producing a musical experience that is oh so good, better than the Linn system I ran in the 90s/00s.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered my HiFi equipment from this dealer.
If you need to ask a question they will reply to your email extremely quickly and are also extremely pleasant when on the phone.I always check these guys out first whenever I am looking to buy something HiFi related, as their prices are always extremely competitive and not to mention your order is delivered next day if in stock. Great communication via email to let you know that your order has been shipped and with a tracking number to check progress. Will I use them again? I think my review says it all really.

Huge thanks to everyone at Creative Audio for a terrific service, I brought a Cyrus One Amp before the New Year which is awesome and they did a fab job setting up my Rega 2 with an Ortofon Red Cartridge last week, everyone is very professional and friendly and I was impressed too with the fast response to emails, even out of hours! I can highly recommend them and now saving up for some new speakers from them in the next few months
