I ordered my fairings almost 2 months ago,being very patient in beginning hoping everything will be ok,but it’s not they don’t answer on your emails or calls after they take payment they send me some online photos stating that product is ready and pack for shipping but no shipping number when I ask when I will get shipping number they answer week later saying soon ,I still didn’t get any response,this place is scam avoid it they are criminals

Everything was good from purchase to delivery. You won't be disappointed if you order from these guys! 💯

The fairing is of really good quality and looks beautiful, also and most importantly it fitted perfectly and was an easy mount.
I did a custom design which also was a great experience and the Auctmarts team helped a lot making the design possible!
Shipping was well secured/wrapped and quite quick with about 1,5 weeks to Germany.

I put together a fairing as I wanted it and it was painted as the drawing was, improvements were even suggested. The accuracy of fit is more like 80% in 2019. Maybe something has been improved since then. Unfortunately, customs came along after repeated denials, but they were able to sort this out quickly and smoothly. There was always a contact person, and you could reach someone for details. I am overall satisfied

The quality is unbeatable and this for a good price! The kit is fully plug and play and is exactly how they describe or show trough pictures.
Package is well protected and came in very fast for an international transport.
I would 100% recommend to anybody and will buy more kits here when needed!

SO I was shopping around for fairings for my 2009 Kawasaki Ninja 250r, and was in contact with Auctmarts.com's customer support through email to clarify things. They first told me custom designs are the same cost, and urged me for a payment. Okay, sure, it's a business, but I had more questions. Out of nowhere a different guy is replying saying it's now $150USD more and their colleague didn't know what they were talking about. The entire reason I went to them is I read online they don't charge extra for a customized fairing, sounded like a great deal, and they confirmed that's how it worked until this "MC" guy comes in. I said that's a red-flag as the past 9-10 emails, it was agreed there was no increase in price. And they got REALLY defensive. Like to the point they called me a scammer, because I said it was a red-flag they're jacking the price up like that after confirming it wouldn't be. Apparently the picture I sent which loads fine for me wasn't loading properly for them, and because of that, I was scamming them. I cannot attach an image, so I'll copy paste their last email to me.

What do you get scammed? You still haven't make any payment for fairing kit? You are so god damn funny.

Keep in mind, I had sent the link to the image, and wanted clarification on how their process works as there's ALOT of complaints regarding this company. But as soon as you bring up any red-flags they have, they turn it against you and blame you. All of the sudden I'm a scammer. The customer, who would be paying, is the scammer, and they call me funny?

This company's customer service alone is a joke, the fairings take forever to arrive, and there's numerous pictures online of overspray and sloppy handwork online. Kind of glad they pulled this, as it just made me decide to go with Monster Fairings. Never trust a company that can't answer honest questions without getting defensive. There's always a reason they get defensive.

Ho comprato un kit carene per la mia cbr 600 rr del 2006. Ho apportato alcune modifiche in accordo con il venditore, il quale è stato sempre gentile e pronto a rispondere alle mie esigenze. La spedizione è stata molto rapida e in linea con ciò che scrivono sul sito. Le carene in se non sono da paragonare alle originali ma in rapporto qualità prezzo sono veramente ottime. Si potrebbe migliorare un po’ gli attacchi e i fori di aggancio ma tutto sommato mi ritengo soddisfatto.

I ordered some Fairings from this site and it has been 3 Weeks…No email with tracking number or ETA. I emailed and called this company several times and kept getting a response sorry we are delayed due to the “Holidays” (It was February)…Figured it was a holiday I may not have been familiar for that country or person. I allowed another week (3rd week) still nothing…Called and spoke to someone to who pretended he was making note of my order and stated he would email me with Tracking # and an ETA of arrival…So I Waited, and after a few days….Not a word…Turned off Autopsy on PayPal and created a Claim to dispute the charge…Luckily no payment was made from my account…

We found auctmarts during a search for a new set of farrings. We looked up in soke forums and auctmarts showed up many times so we thought - lets give it a try. We useed the website Support because we needed a set of farrings for a PC37 in a different colour which they didn't had on there list shown. Support was very useful. After about 3 weeks we received a picture the the final painting. Around 3 weeks later we had the huge package in front of us. Their also send us all stickers. (we didnt wanted to have them painted on because of customs check) the fitting was okay I would say. We needed to do some modifications. On a scale would give the fitting a 6/10.
Support, painting, shipping 10/10.
Recommendation 8/10.

What a horrible company and liar people. Contacted them for a set of custom fairings for my bike. All went very well and promises flew all over the place until I paid them. As soon as they got my money, they started to come up with excuses and delays. Emails back and forth... excuses on top of excuses and bulls!ting endlessly. In the end, I had to contact the authorities to recover my money as they stopped replying to my messages after they ran out of excuses. Do yourself a favor and avoid this bunch of time wasters!!!

Pretty disappointed. First thing I noticed was that my windscreen was completely scratched up by the time I got it and didn’t fit correctly when I got to that point. Screws were missing, and other parts were scratched up. Faring did not align the way they were supposed to, and now I have parts that are buckling. I also didn’t get one of my parts. They did get the paint color correct, but all I see is how it didn’t fit together correctly. Spend the money and get top-of-the-line. I’m gonna be going online and ordering a whole new kit at twice the cost now.

Great quality fairings. Color was on point. Some parts were not fit 100% which is understandable.

Good fairings but some piece was very tough to mount on and the lower parts got the engine's heat and melted down after a week of use, then substituted with some original found on the internet.
Graphics and colours are good, as the price.
Good choice!
