Ho ordinato una carena completa per la mia moto oltre ad essere arrivata con moltissimo ritardo rispetto al tempo che mi era stato detto e parlo di mesi non di giorni mi è arrivata rotta e piena di colature,mi è stato chiesto di inviare le foto cosa che ho fatto e poi piu nessuna risposta ho provato diverse volte a contattarli dopo la loro richiesta di inviare le foto ma più nulla non si parla né di rimborso né di ricevere il cambio della merce che è arrivata danneggiata. Lo sconsiglio se non si vogliono avere brutte sorprese e perdere così più di 600 euro
Dopo giorni di richieste foto non sono stati neanche contenti hanno detto che erano state montate e il danno non era il loro ma anche fosse le verniciature piene di colature da chi dipendeva dalla montatura?? Fatto sta che scuse su scuse non voglio e ne fare il rimborso ne sostituire i pezzi…che dire di più se non che era una truffa su AliExpress perlomeno sai cosa ti aspetti e spendi molto meno invece con loro oltre a costare il doppio mi è arrivata rotta e piena di colature. Ladri non potevo mettere meno stelle di una o avrei messo meno 10

Still waiting on my fairings. Been 2 months and still no where in sight. I will change my review based on when I get it, if I do and by the quality... but for now, terrible experience especially after being promised 3 weeks from time of order.

I bought 4 or 5 sehs of fairings and every one was perfectly tailored to my liking. The wuality is good and the customer care is very very good.
I will buy form here again

Well worth the wait, fitment was great, color was perfect!! Auctmart did it again!! This is my second set of fairings I’ve gotten from them and honestly I can say near oem quality!!! Great customer service!! If you’re looking for the best aftermarket fairings auctmart is the way to go!!!

The quality of the product was great had to wait a little bit about 3 months but customer service keep me updated and it was worth the wait

Aucmarts Fairing is a very reliable company. They helped me with every question I had from the day I ordered until I received it. I think the prices are very reasonable considering the workmanship. When it comes to the quality of the materials, when I compare it to other companies that do this job, Aucmarts Fairing is the best. Both the quality of the parts and the paint work are OEM compatible. Order with your eyes closed. Don't think too much. You will not regret ordering from here.

Ich habe vor ein paar Wochen meine Verkleidung erhalten. Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden. Der Lack sieht super aus und über die Spaltmaße bin ich auch überrascht. Hier und da etwas fuckelig aber passt. Zwei Monate hat es in etwa gedauert bis meine custom Verkleidung da war.

Qualität hat sich aber massiv verschlechtert. Würde es nicht mehr empfehlen dort zu bestellen.
Verkleidung sehr schnell eingerissen.

I commissioned a custom fairing a few months ago. My ideas were implemented very well, and I'm very happy with the colors. The fit was also surprisingly good, with minimal gaps. Shipping took a few months, but it was worth it.

Horrible experience with this company. I ordered a set of Matte black fairings for my 2008 Honda cbr600rr but 2 pieces were missing and 2 were broken. On top of this i selected the free bolt kit but it didnt arrive with my ordered. After messages Joe on their website he said it wasnt available in U.S stock... whatever that means. I have called Auctmarts and emailed them so many times with pictures and they wont respond or help. The first and only response was trying to dodge responsibility and offer a $20 refund? I am missing pieces and another two were broke. I ordered this set because the previous ones flew off on the highway. I cant ride my bike naked with the wiring harness out. This is horrible i would never recommend this company. Auctmarts has no interest in assisting me with the messed up order...

I bought fairing for gsxr1000 2019 everything is perfect also bonus the guys so nice every question they helped me

7 weeks and no product, Support isnt great and now the package is 7 days in Transit and nothing happend

**UPDATE**
After 10,5 weeks the fairing kit is here. The packaging was bad (Some parts damaged the packaging) the painting is not the best it doesnt fit well. The Support say is not their fault and you wouldn't see it installed so they give me for painting 5 parts New 27$.

Very easy to deal with you tell them what custom paint job you want and they'll make it happen. Fairings are very good quality and communication is brilliant

These fairings are great for the price,but be warned they do take awhile, usually 2 months altogether. They do keep decent contact and better contact if you use WhatsApp over email, or even Instagram messenger they reply quicker than email. All my pieces came intact and only minor sanding was required for alignment of the tabs, all the other holes were almost dead on. The clear coat is a lil thick but feels to be a epoxy clear and not a normal paint clear( tried scuffing it on a corner to see what the hardness was for like if a rock flys up) overall satisfied with the fairings.

Excuse after excuse
After waiting a good few months auctmarts fail to deliver, communication was fine up till the point of payment then it was trying to get blood from a stone with getting an update.
Months went on then after a few messages got a reply back in may saying fairings are with painter be 7-9 days then will send you pictures. No fallow up from this 4 weeks later emailed asking for a update nothing back, opened a case with PayPal, email back from auctmarts saying will get a update by the end of the week Friday came email from them saying paint job is going to be another week.
I’ll be looking else where with a company who can deliver a product seems once they have your money they don’t care

I would say 4.5 stars because communication was difficult. A lot of back and forth and having to explain things a different way and still having to redo things. Other than that for the price point the quality is pretty good and the fairings fit properly I didn’t have any tabs break or anything like that. The hardware included is almost useless save your oem stuff if you can as you will likely need it. The included heat shield is good and the windscreen was good. The to summarize good for the money, not particularly fast but everything was ok and well packaged
