El defensor del consumidor debe hacer que los perjudicados sean respetados y no haya más personas que caigan en la trampa. La justicia debe hacer presencia en este tipo de abusos y caer con todo su peso a estos embusteros y ponerlos en su sitio.
Averiguen a cuánto asciende su estafa y que los multen "de acuerdo a la misma".
INDIGNANTE SITUACIÓN

I contacted them with a concern over a purchase and their tracking information. In response they sent me a reply with a link to contact the seller. A bit strange as I ordered on their website so surely they were the seller. In spite of this I clicked the link. It was of no use for dealing with my concerns. I contacted Aturnhorten again they did not answer my concern but sent me a reply with a link to the seller. I emsiled them again and said as farcas Ivam concerned you were the seller I ordered from you so you are responsible to answer my questions not fobbing me off with a link. Something not right with this company. How can an item be with US customs on 7 March and be delivered to me on the 7 March? I would not recommend this shower. Avoid them. Customer Service low priority.
