Staff are very friendly, only thing after a service and a new tire, they did not reset my computer. whilst driving the warning light came on.

MoT at ATS Rhyl,
I took my car for an MOT to ATS Rhyl. The public areas were clean and tidy and the garage bays looked well maintained, clean and well lit. Staff were polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Awful service
A black circle order for four tyres was routed to ATS Vale Road Rhyl.
Despite them noticing that one tyre was missing they did not bother to notify me, the customer or black circle . Three days later I arrived for my appointment and two members of staff were rude and insisted it was not their problem
