ATS Euromaster - Chippenham Recenzje 5

Excellent customer service at Chippenham ATS. Poor man was doing everything, but had a smile for everyone and got on with the work and kept everyone happy. Top job

They fitted my single rear driver side tyre for my Honda Civic gen 7. The staff were polite, good communicators and did a quick job getting it fitted. I happy recommend, and will certainly go back myself.

For some context: this is the second time I have used ATS Chippenham, the first was to replace to front tyres that were worn out, last year. I had no issues from that, and have been happily driving on them. So at a minimum I'd say 3-4 stars, for doing an equally quick job, and that I had no issues from the previous set.

As a result I was happy to go back when I needed to replace a referb that had worn out, and was advised following my MOT to replace it. The referb was following a puncture I picked up l, and had taken it to a local one in Swindon last minute, to which lasted over 30k miles, so not bad for about £15 fitted.

I bought the replacement through blackcircles, as I could get the same mid range brand I had with my other tyres. I enquired what an equivalent would be from brands they stock. They happily told and showed me an equivalent, what I was/ would be getting from this, what I'd be getting with a cheaper range tyre, and what I'd get with a premium range tyre. I found it both interesting and useful. Their enthusiasm I found infectious, and it was nice to see someone speak with passion and knowledge, which gives a little confidence in what they do.

My experience at this point would be enough to submit 5stars. However, I think it's worth mentioning that I also asked them to check out a cabin blower that had stopped last week. They checked the bits that could be checked without pulling the dash out, and confirmed that most of the accessible stuff was working. The staff member I spoke to shared his experience as he had a type r, and explained how I could get access if I were to try and investigate myself. To be frank he had more confidence in my ability than I did, so I'll probably take him up on his offer to take it back for a more detailed look to diagnose the issue. Fully worth 5+ stars.

Poor communication, ordered, booked an paid online for a date to change tyres. Arrived, told after 30mins of waiting that the tyres not there. Had to leave. Later that day I was called, tyres discontinued (even though still showing on the website to this date) offered next brand no additional cost. They did apologise, took a week to hear back from them. Submitted my concern the same day on the website but took over 10 days to reply to me. Over all, some good prices but poor customer service and communication. Even after I had to re-book over a week later I got home to find the locking wheel nut was missing and then had to drive back to collect
