Beautiful cotton rug chairs
Beautiful cotton rug chairs, delivered swiftly and so very comfortable and attractive to look at. Only slight frustration is for such expensive furniture and delivery charge they don’t take the rubbish away, simply deliver to a room of choice. So that just gives you an extra job to do! But I’d still order the chairs again despite that because they are stunning!

Excellent after sales service
Excellent after sales service, we had damaged a tabletop and luckily for us, they were able to source a spare top. Kept us informed about delivery the whole way through as well. We received the replacement very quickly. Great to find a business that still practices good old school customer service.

We ordered a few items on behalf of our client. All items arrived, unfortunately a mirror arrived broken.
I called customer service and they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out.
The whole team has been extremely helpful throughout the process. And I cannot thank them enough for their willingness to help me and ultimately my client out.

Atkin and Thyme - Excellent Quality, Style, and Outstanding Customer Service
We recently ordered several items from Atkin and Thyme and were very pleased with both the quality and style of their products. Each piece was beautifully designed and well-made, exceeding our expectations.
While one item – a mirror – presented some issues, their customer service team handled it exceptionally well. In particular, Peter went above and beyond to resolve the matter efficiently and professionally. His support was outstanding, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer servicesh…
Atkin have a beautiful range of stylish products and their customer services is fantastic. I called has had an issue with a rug, they answered the phone immediately (no in a queue for ages) and they requested i send an email with phots which i did and they replied super quick. Tracy was lovely. Will certainly be buying more products from them infact have a set of drawers on the way!

Great customer service
Ordered a great drinks trolley which looks amazing! We've had a couple of quality issues, but the customer service I have received has been great, resolving the issue promptly by offering a refund or a replacement (which I went for).

Not only is the product incredibly poor…
Not only is the product incredibly poor quality, the customer service is too!
They almost try to gaslight you.
You need a refund from whoever delivered the customer service training ,5% should be sufficient!!!!
If there had been a hint of empathy I wouldn't have wasted the time to write the review. But in this day and age, people work hard for their money and should know that they're likely to be disappointed!

False advertisement
How I wish I had come on here before purchasing my monza marble coffee table.
It arrived and is in fact not marble at all it is falsely advertised as such and is in fact granite so nice and shiny!! Also where advertised on their website as a brass/black finish is in fact just solid black and looks naff because of it. Asked to return and told I have to pay £49 to get it collected.
To say I’m annoyed is an understatement.
Falsely advertised which is against the law and apparently we have to brunt the cost. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere if I were you because you probably won’t get what you’re expecting!

I'm so sorry that you aren't happy with the finish on your Monza coffee table. We are an online only retailer so we try to put as many images as we can online to help our customers with their purchases.
Our marble is sourced in India near to our suppliers. Marble is a very porous stone we do have it polished and lightly sealed to make it suitable as a surface such as a coffee table where tea and coffee stains would otherwise mark it.
We offer customers the chance to return the item themselves or for us to arrange the return - sorry if this wasn't made clear to you.

Updating following their reply - instead of responding to this review you could try respond to the enquiry I’ve already made to customer services! I’ve been trying to contact you for weeks and left you ample time before leaving a negative review.
Avoid. I bought two lights, they’re bad quality and one of them was damaged on delivery. Tried to call them numerous times with no answer and no response to my email either.

We are running a little slower than we would like at the moment as we are catching up with quite a lot of queries after the Winter Sale, but I am sure we will be able to reach a resolution and get your lights sorted out or a refund.

Great customer service
Initially we had a bad start when all 6 of my chairs broke within weeks. However, Atkin and Thyme have fantastic customer service and have replaced all 6 chairs. I cannot fault the service.

Stylish furniture. We’re really pleased with the drinks cabinet we ordered. It looks great in our dining room. We were really impressed with the delivery service - we got options for delivery date, notifications to confirm and reminders, with on time delivery.

Beautiful quality chairs. Solid and heavy but very comfortable. Lovely grained acacia wood. Excellent delivery service and very carefully packaged. Think we will be recycling the boxes for the next few weeks though, better to overpack than under though!
