Wasn’t expecting this at all…

I reached out to As We Move about a sizing issue and just asked if they could help me out with a small discount to try a different size. That’s it.

Instead—they sent me a FREE pair.

No hassle. No back and forth. Just straight-up customer care.

That’s the kind of brand that earns loyalty. Not just because of the product, but how they treat people.

Safe to say—I’m locked in with As We Move. 💯

The warehouse accidentally sent me wrong color and style. The team corrected this issue swiftly and now I am in love with both styles I received!

Phone # on website does not work. Informed them but they still show a non-working number.
After reviewing them I got this response: "Hi there, we do not currently offer phone support. We're happy to assist you via chat or email at this time."

But they still list the non working phone #.

I never received my order. Pretty big failure.

Outstanding company. Best customer service Ive ever interacted with. Also the most comfortable underwear I've ever worn. Not always the most supportive but they are my go to relaxing pair. I bought extra and wear them to bed every night. Like being on a cloud.

Received my order and sizing was off. Reached out to aswemove and they rectified right away. The customer service was fantastic and can’t wait to have the correct sizing to review the underwear themselves!

Bought the recover Aero Briefs as a potential replacement for the old Jockey boxers that I have slept in forever...UNBELIEVABLE experience! Awesome fabric that loosely molds to your body, no bunching of fabric or too much fabric to get twisted up while you sleep....phenomenal choice for rest or sleeping. I will be buying more soon and also trying some of the other products as well. BTW AWESOME customer service as well.

As We Move is an exceptional Company! Their Policies, Procedures and especially their People are all outstanding. I made my first purchase on January 5, followed by a couple additional purchases.Later, I discovered that a couple parts of my purchases were not what I wanted. My mistake. It took me some time to realize my mistake, and when I reached out to AWM to help me correct them, they were so helpful and thoughtfull that is my pleasure to share it with you, now.
You are doing business with a terrific Company. A Company that cares about their Customers as much as they care about their Business. The way they handled my dilemma was Thoughtful, Professional, and Executed with great Caring; steadfast in their efforts.

First and foremost the product is amazing!! The fit is exceptional and it truly fits like a glove. I don’t see myself ever ordering anything else. Second the customer service was the best. I ordered another pair then decided to add one more to my order. In order to get the discount I needed to cancel And add both under one order. KJ made that happen in record time

The first purchase these underwear and November of last year and was immediately amazed by how comfortable they were. I love the fact that they didn't have any seams that try to dig into you. On a super hot Alabama day you can still feel breeze in your undercarriage. That was really the "ah moment for me."
Well after a few months I noticed that one of my pairs starting to get where it would get twisted around and kind of bunch up on me. Honestly I thought I'd screwed them up somehow maybe I stretched him out somehow or did something wrong to him and the other day I started looking at them rude well and I realized that they didn't have the same hemming around the legs like all the other pairs I have and I thought holy crap I bet that's why they bind up on me! Is it my next thought was immediately oh man I wish I noticed this like when I first got them cuz there's no way they're going to exchange them for me now it's been 6-7 months. But I figure well I might as well ask. So I composed an email took some pictures of the problem pair in comparison to the other pairs. Explain the situation and how long it had been. I kind of thought Im probably not going to hear back from them. Big surprise though less than a day later I got an email back and they told me they were on the way. That simple. No charge. This was the easiest exchange of ever done in my life! No hassling no begging I didn't even have to break out a fake tears! That was two days ago maybe 3 days ago and my new pair will be here tomorrow. Thank you aswemove!

Overall their underwear is extremely nice. They feel great to wear, are supportive, and very comfortable. Their warranty and customer service team have been very good and very pleasant to deal with.
The only downside I've found is that certain styles of their underwear don't fit as well after long enough use. However I figured out which ones pretty quickly and now I just get the styles that I like the most.
The only bad reviews I've seen for aswemove have been regarding their thin fabric or that the underwear feels too tight the first time they put it on. If you read any of the information on their website though that is already extremely clear. If you don't like thin underwear then just don't buy these. They have next to nothing feel which is great.

This is a great product but nothing is perfect. However, great customer service brings a company closer to perfection and AsWeMove has proven to me to have a customer service support team that is unmatched! Keep up the great work!!

If you read reviews of AWM you’ll find overwhelming praise for the comfortable, purposeful underwear. They are expensive, but age well and after wearing for a couple years I’ve found them more of an investment in comfort; the support and disappearance of my underwear made me aware of some sensory issues with bunching of boxers and poorly fitting cheaper underwear.

Also, maybe more importantly, support staff is quick, efficient and solve every problem. Most recently Akie, someone in the customer service dept. Fixed a problem that was completely of my making. Thank you all at AWM.

If you’re on the fence just try a pair of whatever style you’re most comfortable with. Read reviews for sizing suggestions from other customers, and buy a darn pair.

Their products are of terrible quality, I will never waste my money on them again.
