Recently placed an order, had the money taken out of my account, THEN asked to provide "A color copy of the front and back of your credit card... and a document or identification, verifying you’re billing / Shipping address"?
None of this was mentioned when I placed my order. Yet the money is now wired across... I have now asked for my order to be processed or a refund. Will update if these are fulfilled. Otherwise AVOID

I like other customers was told I had to submit a photo of my credit card along with billing details from my visa provider. At first I thought that it was a scam but after checking reviews I saw that unfortunately they are a 'legitimate' online retailer. I too contacted my visa provider and told me under no circumstances to give them these sensitive details. The only positive was that they refunded me. This is not normal conduct for businesses to do this and have never encountered this kind of 'anti- fraud' procedure anywhere. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

While prices are a bit high due to the Canadian / US dollar exchange, the order went smoothly and arrived promptly. Customer service was excellent.

I ordered two items from astronutrition, one arrived sooner and I was getting worried about the second one. They were very prompt and helpful in reassuring me the second one shall arrive soon ... it did arrive next day.

I found the product I was looking for on this site for the best price anywhere. They posted it right away and it got to me quick. Their correspondence manner is very friendly when I emailed them to thank then for their service, and they even gave me a discount code for my next order. I cannot fault Astro Nutrition at all.

After I paid by Visa for my order (transaction was posted so no problems), I received numerous emails with the request to send copy of my Credit Card. I placed a call to my Visa provider (RBC) and they DID NOT advise me to do as requested. I forwarded them copy of my old Visa bill with my name, CC number (last 4 digits) and address on it. They still are not happy. Now I have to ask my Visa provider to reverse transaction. This company is obviously either not legit or practicing extremely weird business...

My ordered was made on 14 Feb 2015, I got an email to say it was shipped on the 16th Feb 2015. I have waited patiently and yesterday 16 Mar 2015 I used the chat facility to ask where my order was. They promised I would get an email which reads:

TWO DAYS LATER:- I have sent them 2 emails now and been ignored. Seems like they are to be avoided at all costs, sadly.

Beware I ordered medication from this Company and Three emails not answered and two telephone calls with no response leads me to think this is a scam or I am dealing with a Company who has no interest in Customer Service.
Purchased medication and paid £35.00 (US$50) for prompt delivery and not even a thank you for the order.

I placed an order récement and the product arrived in poor condition. It was not the fault of Astro nearby.

So I sent an email to customer service to see if the product meets and consumable. I had a quick response.

We have been in contact from the beginning to the end of my claim and to my surprise, I received an email confirming that I would receive a replacement product.

So I received the new product in record and in line with what I wanted time.

So it is with a big YES I recommend ASTRO NUTRITION.

Fast shipping and excellent customer service.

My third time on astronutrition and Iam very satisfied.

I needed to reorder the Drs best C3 Curcumin 1000 mg which I take (8 pills a day) to keep my incurable myeloma cancer in check. I have been taking it for 3 years now and since then my cancer cells have slowly gone done and I haven't needed any chemo. It seems that many others are now ordering it as well, and when I was running very low I order through Astro Nutrition but unfortunately after having ordered it I was told that they are out of stock and would not be available until in a week's time. Although I had ordered with Speedy delivery, the quickest from Canada to London (England) would be 3-5 days I was told. That was a real problem as by that time I would have run out for at least a week. So I emailed Amy at Customer Service to let her know this. To my surprise a couple of days later she emailed me saying that they were dispatched. This was on a Friday and the next Monday the delivery arrived. It was great because I still had 2 days left from the old supply but it couldn't have arrived much later. So thank you to Astro Nutrition for contacting the right people to get this send to me on time, and particularly to Amy.

Ordered 2 products on 27th January 2014. Received one of them a week or so later - confused (thought that it would be delivered in the same package). Contacted astro nutrition - was told that sometimes they send the same order in 2 separate packages. waited for two weeks - still no delivery. Contacted astro again and asked for a refund. They replied saying that they CANNOT TRACK their orders and therefore they have to wait for a MONTH to see if package was lost and then will send me another package (=no refund)!
Overall very bad experience, would never order again, just hoping to get my money back!

I received my order in about 19 days which is very normal from US to Greece, i was needed some informations a couple of times and i send some emails which they really helped me a lot with a very quick response!! I will buy again and again and i would recommend this website for the great products and service that they have!
