The fridge unit had been working really well for 11 months and then went faulty unfortunately. Really impressed with Astro AI customer service who suggested some things to try and when they didn’t work just shipped a replacement unit under warranty without any hassle.

Customer service response was always within 24 hours and the replacement received within a week of first reporting the problem.

I bought an AstroAI portable air compressor for tires, bikes, ball...etc. Great compressor and I think everyone should carry one. It was easy to buy, has a great warranty that got another year if you registered the unit in a certain time frame.
I noticed my unit appeared to be leaking at the hose
I contacted AstroAI, sent them some photos and asked for a new hose and I would install it. Esther was super quick to reply and get a few details and said she would have a replacement unit sent to me, and not to have to do a repair. The customer service is quick, polite and helpful. I would say this even if the unit was not replaced. The solution was wonderful, the new unit arrived ahead of schedule and works perfectly.

I had an issue with an air chuck I bought from AstroAI via Amazon. I was out of Amazon’s return window so I contacted AstroAI directly by email and described the issue. The AstroAI customer service was very helpful and responsive. They shipped me a replacement the day after I contacted them. In this day and age, customer service this great deserves 5 Stars.

I emailed customer service about an issue with the product AstroAI Digital Tire Pressure Gauge in which the LCD screen went bad. After answering a couple of questions, they sent me a replacement that arrived the same day. That’s fast service! Thank You.

Yeah, I love this thing. It came out the box charge easy to hook up test it out that I had one low pressure tire and show me that it was a check it and let me know. Where is it and then complete it

Reported a fault recently. The unit was purchased in November 2024. They sent a new one within a few days. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a small washer fall out of my pump that stopped allowing it to detect PSI and make a good seal. Astro was very quick to respond to my concerns and was happy to send me a new part! Appreciate them a lot!
