call centre indian scammers, please never use !!!

I entrusted this company with my work and believe to have provided sufficient study materials and made everything well organized for them to complete it, however after over a week, they contacted me saying they're confused how to answer the activities within the assignment. This goes to show the incompetence of the writer, the amount of anxiety they caused as well the time wasted. When I wasn't satisfied with the work and demanded a refund, they become stubborn and reluctant. I've now had to open a dispute via my bank to. My advice is if you're thinking of using this company, think again. Would never recommend to anyone!

Absolutely awful, nearly 2 years on the team keep messaging me and scamming me for money. Didn’t even pass on their assignments and they didn’t even give a refund. TOTAL SCAM!

I'm stupid that i haven't seen the reviews this is literally a scam, I have paid and when I asked then why a writer wasn't assigned they said I didn't pay which I provided proof of transaction both on website and bank statement. Then they proceed to tell me to email them which I did and did not respond back to me. I wanted to issue a refund and they further ignored me it's a scam.

THIS IS A SCAM SITE - BEWARE.
The only reason they are getting a 1 star is that I cannot give them a zero. I sent them an assignment with a 3-day target. First the deadline was not met and I had to chase via chat and email.

Then I received a word document that had nothing to do with what I request. When I sent back a request for correction I was met with silence.
In the meantime, my deadline expired and I requested a refund (£84). Needless to say - more silence.

I will be sharing this experience on other platforms to make sure others avoid getting scammed as well.

Paid for an essay to be done. The work that was produce was nothing like the instructions that was provide. The topics weren't even the ones on the instructions. It was blatantly taken from somewhere else. There was not one usable sentence for my essay. When i highlighted this, the same work was sent back to me with the font size changed.

I missed the deadline for my submission. I have been asking for a refund ever since and all i keep getting is that "I will check with finance" Paid for a service that was not delivered. Over a month i have been asking for a refund and still nothing. I am convince the positive reviews on here were bought reviews.

No one is willing to speak to you or take your complaints on the site. But more than helpful when it came to taking your money. This has put me off using any of these services again.

Trusted them with a small part of the assignment to be sure about the quality of work. They did not deliver my assignment and moreover stopped responding to any of my emails and WhatsApp msgs. I am now stuck with my assignment and going to miss the deadline for sure.

So so rubbish
Took a huge amount of money and produced a piece of work where the writer wrote as if they were drunk, hadnt read the instructions and asked for clarification hours before the deadline. Produced a really bad piece of work which couldn't be sumbitted because it was so poor. Asked for an extension twice and both times told me AFTER the deadline that the writer couldn't do the assignment. Ignored my messages asking for compensation. Total total fail yet took a huge amount of money from me.
Total frauds

I seldom have time for my tasks because of my demanding academic schedule. So, in attempt to relieve the tension of my schoolwork, I made a purchase with them. I am really pleased with the job; everything was well-written and reasonably priced. I would strongly suggest it to all of my fellow students.

I'm not usually one to do reviews but after using this company I spend £200 with them , when I got the work back it received a mark of %18!!!!! When I spoke to them I said I don't want any other work and that I just want my money back I kept getting ignored !! Luckily I called Barcleys and they refunded me my money back.

Do not use this service an absolute scam. Paid for essay and did not recieve it. Tried to contact no answer. Cannot even get anyone to get a refund

This website is a scam, both assignments I sought help for failed and when I asked for them to do the reassessment they game me the impression they would re do it and then avoided contact with me when they could have told me from before they wouldn’t help instead of lying to me. Don’t use this website or you’ll be doing an all nighter the deadline before your paper is due because nothing they prepare will pass it’s a scam!

After you have paid the fees they will no longer answer the phone or whats apps i have called the phone over 20 times. I have used the live chat and had very little response. I was told they will check the progress of the work i assigned them and i was waiting over 30minutes for an answer. Of course they also missed the deadline. However, the work that was eventually given to me was of very good quality.

My experience so far is pretty bad. They provide WhatsApp number which you can only text.After I booked them and paid I cant get through to them. No reply to email's or whatsup...they dont even read the messages(considering its 24 hrs service). So I been professionally ripped off. Yes Austin name popped up few times when I was paying. So stay clear.

Work was delivered however was fully irrelevant to task requirements. They have not read relevant material but referenced something different. Standard of English was very poor and some sentences just didnt make sense. I emailed them on 22nd asking for refund to which they replied asking by when they can provide revised version. I said 24th. They claim they haven't received my reply even when I sent them copy of email. I asked for my refund as doing work myself to be submitted tomorrow 29th. They refusing refund saying I will get revised version tomorrow. I dont want revised version as have no confidence in them to complete to standard needed. They do not want to hear that and said that task is given to more experienced writer. Who will read 4 relevant chapters n case study till tom and write an essay. Can't see it happening.
So save the money and don't be fulled by their website.
If interested let me know and I will email you their work so you can judge by yourself and make decision.

Hey Guys, i advise you NOT to utilise them, they will scam you like what they did to me and fail you! they also will never refund a penny despite you providing to them evidence of feedback on failure of work they have done. They are not a company they are a underground illegal scammers/fraudsters operating in India.

This website is soo bad, i paid for the dissertation more than 600‏‏‏ pounds,, and when i contact them every time they said they will check with team and there is no respond. 1 week i contact them on whatsapp and then they accepted to change some of information when i got the order they made it all wrong my doctor told me that i will fail if i submit it
In the first orders they are ok with assignments only but the deadline is not in time. I recommend people to check other website:) thank you

Absolutely waste of money
Absolutely waste of money, my work didn't match what I ask for. I requested revision numerous times and each time I received the work nothing was done it came back the exact same way, ended up missing the deadline. communication with them is very poor, takes for ages to reply and when they do its like repeating your self over and over. very disappointed with service, I was told to stay clear but I ignore and still use them, big mistake and wasted my money! STAY CLEAR!!!!!!

Terrible Service!!. The communication with the team was very poor from the moment I made the payment. I clearly stated that I wanted to improve my grades and wanted the assigment reviewed. 2 days before the deadline I emailed them and I was told I would receive the assigment on time. Didn’t receive the assigment on time, missed the assigment deadline. According to the policy on their website, I was entitled to full refund as I missed the assigment deadline. I’ve contacted them via email and WhatsApp requesting a refund. I was contactly told by them that I was receive the refund within 48 hours and until now I have not received anything, not even a reply to the various emails I’ve sent. This took place in MAY 2021, and we are now in JULY- I still haven’t received the refund!!!! WASTE OF TIME, WASTE OF MONEY, POOR SERVICE, 100% DISHONEST!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
