I was a bit slow getting started. I need specific instructions on anything technical but the lead got me through it. Interesting topic and I hope they heed some of he things I said, like if you close a road, be specific about the alternative(s) and how to get to planned destination.

The session was easy to engage with, the facilitator made it feel quite relaxed and comfortable and it good to know that as a consumer, your experience and opinion count.

Chat site easy to navigate and researcher very professional

Easy site and app to navigate, simple questions to enter a survey or 1 on 1 chat. They send reminders for upcoming sessions, which I like. I wasn't unsure of a few things - of video link delivery or timezone, but their website has these answers and was really easy to find.
