You can tell the quality and ethos of a company when things go wrong.
My order went wrong despite reconfirming the details twice.
Understandably, I wasn’t happy. To add insult to injury the price had dropped 20% in the 2 days between order and receipt.
I wrote to complain and the response was perfect. They remade the belt correctly the same day and delivered it the next day providing a label to return the incorrect one.
Also they gave me the new lower price.
The new belt is just what I requested. A good quality leather belt, made to size with a sturdy plain buckle.

The belt is top quality, the price is extremely reasonable given the quality and shipping was really fast, especially considering I live across the world. Would defiantly deal again - yes you can buy cheaper but cheaper "leather products" dont last and are false economy. If you want quality, shop here, if you want rubbish go to high street retailers.

The product is of a very high standard and should last for years unlike cheaper "leather" belts. These are real leather and very strong.
