They have hard to find computer parts, and very often, are the cheapest out there. There’s a trade off for it. I’ve ordered a handful of things from them over the past decade, and every time there’s something - sticker or glue residue that needs to be removed, something sticky under a “new” keyboard key. None of it has ever been a deal breaker, and you do get what you pay for.

Very responsive. I was impressed with their quality control before sending out the merchandise: the ipad I had ordered was damaged and seller offered a different one, albeit in a different color. I like that. Shipping was very fast. Packaging was very professional.

I ordered a replacement touchscreen for my HP envy x360. Speedy delivery, however the packaging was just terrible. Rolled up packing paper was the cushioning. The screen was simply rolled up in bubble wrap. It did nothing to protect the screen from flexing and cracking. Screen arrived cracked. Was able to get a full refund though. Ordered the part from amazon and realized that the part that ascendtech gave me wasn't even the correct screen for the model.

Item was shipped fast and was exactly as described. I will do business with them again in the future.

Hard to find products with excellent pricing.

Purchased a motherboard via NewEgg from Ascendtech. Waited for it, it came, I drove it to the tech holding my laptop for 3 weeks, they installed it and the motherboard had a BIOS PASSWORD ON IT. Called Ascendtech, Inc. and was told they get boards in "bulk" and had no idea the BIOS was password protected. Had to drive 40 minutes to pick up the board and send it back to Ascendtech - received full refund but all this installation, removal, etc. cost me LABOR with the tech place. I am into a 10 year old gaming laptop for over $650 now. I needed to repair this system because it was running RAID STRIPPED ARRAY and I did not back up the system before it crashed in mid-JUNE! WHO SELLS A MOTHERBOARD THAT HAS A PASSWORD ON THE BIOS????

I've never had an issue with NewEgg but Ascendtech is one of their sellers and I will NEVER, EVER USE ASCENDTECH AGAIN! This nonsense cost me hours of labor! I could have bought a new system for $650+ (I buy only gaming machines because of the software I use) and Ascendtech cost me extra weeks and LABOR HOURS because of a password.

WHO PASSWORD PROTECTS THEIR BIOS AND THEN SELLS A MOTHERBOARD TO SOMEONE????

The worst by far. Send me a faulty motherboard to South Africa for R1389.43 but knew that we will not ship it back because of the cost of R830.00. Never buy from them

I was looking to replace my workstations GPU with one with more RAM. I found the K5000 card that I was looking for at $100 less then everywhere else.
Not only was the card in pristine condition when it arrived but it arrived earlier than expected and packaged extremely well.
Customer service emailed me every step in the process and answered any questions I had before purchasing.

Saved my desktop at an excellent price. I thought replacing my motherboard when the video controller had become unreliable without also replacing the APU was going to be impossible without taking a chance on a used component, but this Gigabyte motherboard has backward compatibility for my AMD A10-5800K processor. I can't thank you enough as now that I'm retired cost is a factor in every purchase decision!
