A duplicate order arrived due to my order confirmations disappearing into junk mail. Lucie G was quick to respond and reassuring - helping with the free return label so it all became no problem at all.

Service client déplorable
J'ai commandé un parfum via un revendeur. La formule a été manifestement revue à la baisse et la fragrance est quasi inexistante. Après plusieurs échanges de mails avec le fabricant au cours desquels il m'a été demandé un tas de questions et justificatif, le service client m'a royalement accordé 10% sur une prochaine commande sous prétexte que j'avais jeté le flacon qui était vide, ledit flacon devait être analysé. Je ne vois pas en quoi cela empêchait un geste commercial autre que l'aumône qui m'a été faite ! Je précise que j'ai payé ce parfum plus de 200€ avec la sensation de me parfumer avec de l'eau tout au cours de son utilisation. Un vrai scandale.

I submitted an inquiry about a discontinued fragrance. Tabetha B. responded quickly, suggesting a potential replacement in the current catalog. She also let me know that two free samples can be ordered at a time for only the cost of delivery ($7.50 in the US). Very impressed with L'Artisan service as well as the quality of their fragrances!

Ho contattato recentemente L’Artisan Parfumeur per avere alcune informazioni riguardo alle loro fragranze e per una richiesta un po’ particolare.
Tabetha B del team Consumer Services si è dimostrata estremamente gentile, attenta e professionale durante tutto lo scambio. Anche se la mia richiesta era al di fuori dei servizi normalmente offerti dall’azienda, ha comunque avuto la disponibilità di informarsi internamente con altri team per verificare se fosse possibile trovare una soluzione.
Le sue risposte sono sempre state rapide e cordiali, e ha fatto un sincero sforzo per aiutarmi suggerendo anche possibili alternative e fornendomi informazioni utili.
