Viel Freude mit der Kletterwand
Meine Bewertung fällt nach erfolgreicher Abwicklung des Kaufes absolut positiv aus:
Meine Angebotsanfrage per Mail, die Kletterwandelemente für unsere Turnsaal-Sprossenwand betreffend, wurde innerhalb kurzer Zeit von Herrn Tautu beantwortet. Der Preis für die Elemente ist im Vergleich mit ähnlichen Anbietern sehr günstig. Auch die Anfrage, ob eine Bezahlung mit Rechnung möglich wäre, wurde positiv beantwortet. Eine Bezahlung mit Rechnung war für unseren Schulerhalter (Gemeinde Biberbach) Bedingung für die Finanzierung.
Nach Rücksprache bezüglich der genauen Maße der Sprossenwand erfolgte die Lieferung promt innerhalb der angekündigten 10-Tages-Frist.
Die Pakete mit den Kletterwandelementen waren sorgfältig verpackt, die Lieferung in tadellosem Zustand.
Nach Montage der Elemente an der Sprossenwand habe ich im unteren Bereich noch zusätzlich Metallprofile zur Absicherung montiert (s. Foto im Anhang). Nun sitzen die Elemente perfekt.
Ich bin insgesamt mit der Abwicklung dieses Kaufs sehr zufrieden. Unsere Schulkinder haben eine große Freude mit den neuen Kletterelementen.
Ich kann die Firma ArtimexSport und ihr Produkt Art.Nr. 221 deshalb aus voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen.

Hohen Maß an Professionalität, von Bestellung bis Lieferung alles reibungslos verlaufen. Wir haben für unsere Physiotherapie Praxis 3 Sprossenwände bestellt, obwohl wir etwas Zeitdruck hatten, hat uns Artimex Sport die Sprossenwände sehr zügig angefertigt und geliefert, sodass sie pünktlich vor unserer Eröffnung da waren. Exzellente Kommunikation, super Qualität in der Verarbeitung, die Sprossenwände wurden nach unseren Wünsche (Farbkombination nach Farbpalette, Sondermaßen) angefertigt.

In the beginning was not easy and the product I first received did not meet my standard. J'ai directement chez ARTIMEX l'espalier en métal noir garantie 20 ans ainsi que le banc et la barre pour faire des tractions et autres muscle-up.
Cette société est sérieuse, m’à livrée l'ensemble en 3 jours contre remboursement. Le matériel venant de Roumanie, pays étranger, ils m'ont fait confiance sans demande d’accompte ou autre écritures.

Overall a good experience
I ordered the steel and wood stall bars from Artimex. I asked for them to be made to specific dimensions which they did exactly. The assembly and install was fairly easy since I had already premeasured where the wall mounts would be. The bars are very sturdy and look great!
My only reason for 4 stars was the lack of communication about my order. It took nearly two months to deliver the bars and during that time the company did not let me know about the delays they were experiencing.
Overall I would recommend using this company for their high quality products.

Habe 2 Sprossenwände in spezial Maßen bestellt und geliefert bekommen. Sonderanfertigung und Lieferung kostenfrei, Kundenservice super.
Die Geräte ist hochwertig und vor allem schön und robust.
Verpackung könnte etwas stabiler sein, aber keine Beschädigungen.
Klare Empfehlung - Preis und Leistung sind mehr als gut!

Aufgrund der positiven Erfahrung mit den Sprossenwänden haben wir noch eine Langbank gekauft. Wieder beim sehr freundlichen Kundendienst bestellt und per Vorkasse bezahlt. Ein paar Tage später wurde sie schon per eigenen Fahrer zugestellt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem qualitativ hochwertigem Produkt.

Confermo la mia recensione del 14 febbraio sulla serietà e affidabilità di Artimex Sport. Ho deciso di completare la mia spalliera (bellissima) con le parallele per le trazioni. Ho fatto un ordine successivo e sono arrivate oggi, addirittura in anticipo sulla presunta data di consegna! Stefano è stato preciso e puntuale. Artimex è ormai il mio punto di riferimento per attrezzatura sportiva di qualità! Soddisfatta!

They are simply a scam
They are simply a scam
I ordered their ladder bar on Dec 14, 2023. They promised to deliver it before Christmas.
After Christmas, I have been calling them weekly to check the order status. Their answer is always the same: 'We handed over your order to the shipping company, please expect delivery in 2-3 days. No, unfortunately, I do not have a tracking number. Bye'
After 1.5 months of this 'we will deliver tomorrow' reply, I asked for a refund, which they promised to issue. Guess what - they did not of, course. It is another trick to win time.
Now I am disputing their charge through AMEX, which will likely take another 4-8 weeks.

Gladiator-90 Swedish Ladder/Wall Bars
I bought the Gladiator-90 Swedish ladder/walls bars in white metal for my home gym after a lot of research on the Internet on the best model for me. I am very happy I chose Artimex. The whole experience with Artimex has been wonderful from start to finish. Really great communications and responses to my (many) queries, handled promptly and effectively. Quick delivery (and a very kind delivery man who helped me carry it downstairs), and the item was entirely as advertised - no nasty surprises! There are some slightly cheaper options out there, but I don’t think the quality or customer service is as good. There are certainly way more expensive options from ´household’ names but I think you are paying over the odds for the branding. The Artimex wall ladder is high quality at a reasonable price supplied by a company who are respectable and knows what they are doing. Really nothing more to say - a 5-star review from me, and well deserved! Thanks.

Black metal wallbars from Artimex
Purchased the black metal wallbars from Artimex and I am really happy with the product. The wallbars are top quality - look fabulous, sturdy and great for working out. There are 9 wall attachment points (screws and plugs provided) and they are therefore exceptionally safe.
I waited a bit longer for delivery than anticipated but the wait was worth it.
One very satisfied customer here.

La spalliera perfetta!
Ho ordinato da Artimex una spalliera svedese, mod. Spartan. Appena ricevuta, ho avuto subito la sensazione di una spalliera solida e costruita con materiali di qualità.
Una volta installata e dopo i primi utilizzi, confermo l'impressione iniziale: la struttura in metallo è davvero robusta e i pioli in legno sono di ottima qualità e permettono l'utilizzo anche per persone dal peso "importante".
Utilissima la parte orizzontale in alto, che permette di fare i pull-up e di appendere gli anelli, cosa che le normali spalliere non permettono.
Infine voglio sottolineare la rapidità della spedizione, inferiore ai tempi stimati, e la disponibilità del corriere, che mi ha aiutato a portare la spalliera fino al piano dell'appartamento.

Die Sprossenwand an sich wirkt solide verarbeitet.
Verpackt waren die Artikel in Pappe, recht lieblos zusammengehalten von Unmengen Klebeband.
Das mitgelieferte Befestigungsmaterial ist minderwertig.
Ein Schraubenkopf ist beim Einschrauben abgebrochen und steckt hier nun bis in die Ewigkeit in der Wand.
