This christmas tree is awesome! I recommend this to everyone!

We've always had a real Christmas tree before but decided to try an artificial one this year - it just seemed so wasteful chopping down a tree every year. Besides, there's the mess, too; and you always have to deal with disposing of it afterwards and can't put the tree up too early in case it starts to look bad before you want to take it down! We took a look at all the different artificial trees on offer in the shops locally but were truly underwhelmed by the choice on offer and the quality of the products. So we decided to try an online retailer. It can be hard to tell how good something looks just by looking at images on a website but the tree we ordered - an Iowa 3 metre (10 foot) - is fantastic. We decided to put it together right away to make sure we were happy with it - we don't normally erect a Christmas tree in mid-November! It took us about an hour and a half to assemble it (that's two of us) but it is well worth the effort. Several people have seen it and all agree that it's beautiful and it doesn't even have any decorations on it. You'd really need to take a close, hard look at it to see that it's not a real tree: I doubt that most house-guests would even notice that it is artificial. I was impressed with the way it is made and found the overall appearance really convincing and we're pretty fussy about aesthetics: we have a house that's full of antiques and I wouldn't normally buy anything that's a reproduction; so I was surprised that we felt able to give this tree such a positive "thumbs-up" but it's honestly an excellent product. Delivery was quick, too. Plus, the company staff were helpful and friendly when I made an enquiry before placing an order. I'd highly recommend this company and their product to other would-be customers.

sometimes you are disappointed with a purchase online sight unseen. However we were more than delighted with this tree. It is certainly the best we have ever had and I have been celebrating Christmas for 75 Years! Cannot wait to put it up and make my friends jelous

Fabulous Christmas tree and very very quick despatch. I recieved the tree with in 2 days of ordering.

A bit sad really, the picture on the website and on the box is nothing like the tree that arrived. Too close to Christmas to do anything about it. Don't like it at all, it's gappy and the branch hinges hang too low.

Monies were taken on the 09/12/13 it is now 21/12/13 and stil no christmas tree baskets, I have ordered 2 and paid for them , I'm very upset with the long wait

Very pleased with our new tree. Good shades of green, very full looking and looks very real and worth the money as will save buyijng a tree each year which is quite difficult without a car and then no disposal required each year and its far easier to handle than a real one.

The tree looks natural with well spaced branches. They also easily hold decorations.

I exchanged a couple of emails before placing my order. The responses couldn't have been more helpful. I was out on the first delivery attempt, a card was left and delivery was made the next day. It was a pleasure to deal with this company. It makes a change not to be disappointed.

As a very fussy person when it comes to buying the tree, usually a real one but decided this year to buy an artificial one. It had to be as near to a real tree as possible, I'm absolutley delighted with the tree. Delivery was fast and cheap.

There was a small hiccup when one of the items I ordered didn't arrive, this was easily and promptly rectified by a quick email to the company which was replied to within half an hour with the item being dispatched quickly. I made my original order for 3 items on Monday evening and all we're received within the week, including the missing item. Excellent and polite customer service, I would recommend anyone to buy from this company as they couldn't of been more helpful and the goods were fantastic quality. I really can't rate them highly enough.

The company gives the impression of being UK based, but communication comes from Holland, I ordered goods and the amount was paid for but was then told that the order was under their minimum amount, the amount was recredited to my account. Annoyed that this was allowed to happen, will not deal with this company again!
