I purchased a jersey for my son, from "Edgesports" which obviously was passed over to "Epic"??, that hasn't arrived now almost three weeks later and no response as to its location. You get bounced around emailing some seller or manufacture in china, that hides behind Artfire and gives horrible customer service. On top of that, I ordered two custom jerseys that arrived made and the wrong sizes, that I made perfectly clear during ordering. Then I tried to communicate with this "FansHeaven" seller, and was told they would give me $20 back and I could keep the wrong size jerseys. After asking for a quick correction on the order and get me my jerseys, I was told they would give me half the money back and I could keep the wrong size jerseys. After asking when I would be refunded, I was told they would refund the money right after I put in a good review for them. I again asked for them to correct the order and send me the right stuff, give me return postage verification, and then again I was told I would be refunded after putting in a good review. This company refuses to correct any mistaken orders then talk to you like you're wasting their time.. after taking your money. They take no responsibility for their mistakes. I side of it taking forever to receive an order, just hope they don't mess up because you'll be stuck with it. Yes I feel using anyone or any site that represents the sellers is all part of the scam. Absolutely horrible customer service. I agree 100% with the many reviews stating the negative experience with using Artfire or it's sellers.

I Signed up to be a seller just to see what is was all about. BIG mistake. First of all you can't even look around at your products before you have to buy. Etsy has a free level service that offers MORE tools that even this location's basic subscription. I purchased a subscription and went through about 3 hours worth of exploring and listen ONE item. ONE. I decided it wasn't for me. Traffic is awful, they take a larger % in fees than Etsy does and customer service is horrendous. I would NEVER recommend this dumpster fire to anyone. I tried to get a refund, but since I listed ONE item for a grand total of 8 minutes, I'm now out the cost of a subscription I won't even look at for 3 months. This is the WORST setup I've ever seen.

Do NOT buy from this site. I ordered a pair of custom made pants, sent my money, and never received my pants. Numerous follow-ups with absolutely NO assistance. No Refund. They basically stole my money.

Bought an item. Never heard anything from sellers. Had to open a PayPal dispute. Here it is 2 + weeks later and haven't heard anything back. I wish I had of googled reviews of this crappy site before having to fight to get my money back.

Bought two shirts for world cup. Nothing mentioned that they were shipping from China. Over a week later they have not even reached America-God only knows when i'll get them

Artists beware. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! Any other shop would be far superior to this one! Uploaded image to profile. Came out sideways. No way to edit picture. No way to even delete and add new picture. Such elementary website. If you purchase shop package and change mind they will charge you over and over and not even consider refund. HORRIBLE!!! Stay far far away!!!!

They’re not very good with commutation. It took me 3 weeks to get my jersey. I never heard anything from them until I emailed them and they sent me a tracking link. The price is right, but they’ll make you think it’s a scam.

tottaly waste of money artfire is just a shop to cheat people and get money from people i bought a shoes which price was 49 ponds and never get anything and even i try to contact 3 times but they didnt answer dont buy anything from here just wasting if money

Buyer beware. Read the reviews and do not buy here. Luckily I read reviews but only after I tried purchasing an item from a seller that I never received. And I also used my PayPal account and they were able to help me get a refund after the seller and the Artfire site did little to nothing to get me my money back. And even when the seller agreed to refund me and never did. So PayPal went after them. But the entire process was a total inconvenience. I will never shop here again.

As a seller this place is almost like Etsy was few years ago ! A pleasure to sell there !

I had the same experience as the below seller I signed up initially to the recurring subscription used Artfire for 1 week stopped as it wasn't very good. then 3 months later I was charged on the recurring subscription I politely emailed them saying please refund this as I have not used artfire for over 2 months and do not need this account anymore. To my great surprise HORROR their response was a generic get lost email. they basically said hahaha we are keeping your money too bad!!. Basically the business model here seems to be lets get them to sign up and then we have them EVEN IF WE CAN SEE THEY ARE NOT USING OUR SERVICE!!!

At which point I read the other reviews on here and saw the below poor person who they also store money off.

Sellers stay away. they are a scam. They charge a subscription fee and then when you realize the service does not work... guess what? NO REFUNDS!!! So they are billing you for services you are not receiving. When you complain... they are fast to tell you that you can cancel your account... and they will cancel it and delete the account even though you pre-paid for a month, a quarter or a year... and then hide behind the no refund clause. They are a scam. Search Artfire reviews prior to setting up with them. Tons of negative reviews from sellers being ripped off and from customers not getting merchandise... which is a artfire problem not a sellers fault. One of the failures of artfire is as a customer buying products from a seller... you place the order... you dont receive any confirmation of the order... the seller does not get confirmations either or any notifications. So most sellers dont even know an order was received to process it. Hence so many claims of non-received merchandise. Artfire is a total scam. And they call themselves the premier market place for handmade merchandise. what a joke.

I opened a shop on Artfire about a year ago because I had some product issues with my Etsy shop. I am so disheartened by the negative reviews of so many people having trouble with Artfire sellers! Please don't think we are ALL scammers or making cheap junk! I am a ceramic artist and I strive to make each of my pieces with quality and art in mind. Artfire is a bit different than Etsy, and apparently has no way of policing their sellers, which is unfortunate, but please don't lump us all in together!

Horrible experience. Shipping was super slow and my son wore the jersey ONCE and it ripped down the collar. Artfire told me I had to order a new one, they would give me 20% off and free shipping. They said they do not make enough profit to replace for free. Um not my issue. Obviously, I will never order from here again.

The site says it takes 10-12 days to ship. I’ve been waiting a month. I emailed them and they told me to pay them $25 if I wanted it sooner! Then they told me it was already shipped and my tracking info would work in 24-48 hours. It’s been 9 days and the tracking still doesn’t work. I’ll be contacting PayPal to get my money back. This site needs to be shut down! I would have ordered my jersey from somewhere else and now I won’t have it in time for a game I am traveling out of state too. So not right to do to somebody.

Ordered fabric that never arrived! Charged pay pal quick enough. I will never,ever use this site again!

This is a bad website poorly made stuff I ordered a Jersey everything was crooked in the way it was made then I try to contact the seller is email doesn't work the one that was given to me by artfire when the order was shipped in addition artfire has zero way to contact them as well I'd avoid this website all together
