I recently purchased "a spa treatment in a box" for £80, as a reward it was bundled with a free "Miniature Deep Relax Sleep Mist 10ml". after about a week, a large box was delivered containing only the free sleep mist and no "spa in a box" I thought this was strange but the packing slip listed only the sleep mist so I assumed the spa in a box was being sent separately. After several more days I still hadn't received my item so I tried ringing them but no-one ever answers the phone, EVER!. I then emailed them using the contact form on their website, I received a reply stating that the item had been delivered and contained a photo of me accepting the box which contained only the sleep mist. I have tried emailing them several times since then explaining over and over that the spa in a box wasn't in the box! but they are not responding. Basically I am £80 out of pocket and see no way of satisfactorily resolving this, these people are a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs.

Surprisingly poor customer service for a big brand. Sold me a gone off product and then reluctant to remedy the issue. Said I would hear from the technical team… not sure how this will help unless they can fix a dodgy sleep mist I’ve already been sent?

They don't answer their phones, nor reply to emails. I ordered an Inner Strength roller ball - when I opened the box insteasd of finding an Inner strength bottle inside, I pulled out a Revive Morning bottle. Plus the top of the box was partly opened. That's not what I ordered.

I've sent 2 emails to them absolutely no reply. I've phoned -absolutely no reply.
No one seems to be in the office or they don't want customers anymore. i don't know.
Shame their products are excellent - no complaint about the quality - thats why I didn't score only one star.

Usually love this company but can not believe the rip off of the new harrods city serenity bath oil.

£160 for 100ml (£1.60/ml), or £12 for 9ml (£1.33/ml).

Usual pricing on bath oils is £70 for 100ml (£0.70/ml), £50 for 55ml (£0.90/ml) & £12 per 9ml (£1.33/ml).

I’ve contacted customer services at aromatherapy associated and they confirmed the contents in the 9ml and 100ml are identical. Tried to say it is the cost of the larger bottle and box that increases the price but that would surely increase the price on all 100ml & 55ml sizes. It doesn’t. In fact, for the others the price goes down for the larger bottles.

No-one likes being ripped off or taken for a fool. Which is I’m afraid what they are doing.

Absolutely love everything about this company! The products are top notch, even the packaging is luxurious.
Had some problems with the website before but the customer service over the phone usually sort it quickly.

A little on the pricey side but the products are superb. My bathtime has never been so blissful

Love this brand, in particular the shower oils - a little goes a long way and leaves skin beautiful moisturised and fragranced.

The hand balms are another personal favourite - I keep a tube on my desk and use as a little pick me up during the day. Again a little goes a long way.

They aren’t the cheapest but the quality is excellent and so they are good value for money.

I bought their atomiser and it was great to begin with. Then it stopped working after 5 months of home use. I have sent multiple emails to AA and left answer phone messages for them, but there has been no reply in over 4 weeks. Their website says they respond within a week. Looking at other reviews this appears to be a common fault and also little response from customer service.

I would have expected a product at this price to last longer than 5 months and for there to be some customer service in follow up. Very disappointing for £120.

Great customer service, lovely products. I received some damaged items and contacted customer service. My issue was resolved in a quick and professional manner. I bought a variety of products from this brand and love the scents especially De-Stess oils and roller balls.

I purchased Aromatherapy Associates Lotion in Liberty, it is quite expensive at £21, unfortunately the smell is terrible, and the lotion doesn’t help my dry skin. Wrote to both the company and Liberty, and neither of them offered any help. For that price, I’d expect a better product and customer experience. Very disappointing.

I have been trying to order from this company for several weeks.
They never answer the phone and when emailing they tell you to contact customer services and give the telephone number but as I’ve mentioned above the don’t answer and tell you to email,how many times did I email,I’ve lost count,the auto response is somebody will get in touch WHEN I’m still waiting.
In the meantime I have purchased my order from The Grooming Clinic which I received 2 days after I ordered not only cheaper but also to receive 3 free samples and a £75 gift voucher for a case of wine.

The Atomiser is amaizing, creating a micro-fine mist direct from the bottles of 100% pure essential oil blends. Scents are incredible and they really last afterwards. Extremly quiet, no water tank or heat; it's ceramic with a light if you wish, fully portable whilst charged, automatic timing as well. Not too mention the simple contemporary design.

Spent hundreds of pounds on their products then got ripped off due to not sending the fee product. Will not spend another penny with them.

Good products but packaging not great on arrival is only issue.

The best bath oils. Prompt delivery and was able to take advantage of a promotion code.

Item was not delivered and seller refused a refund. Don’t waste your money or time. Avoid

Despite the fact that their website lists the countries where this company ships its goods, in reality it does not mean anything and it is necessary to check with them whether they will be able to deliver your order.
In general, they pursue an inflexible policy. Not oriented to satisfy potential customers.
You offer them a solution, and every time they tell you No.
