This time.....Really, because this is who you are scammers .don't order from this company you won't get what you paid for and they don't answer the phone or emails your money is gone and you're left with trash

Bestellt bei Aromaconcepts.co.uk am 3.6.24. Angegebene Lieferzeit 12-14 Tage ( für 15 £ per UPS aus Belgien nach Deutschland). Nach 3 Wochen frage ich bei der Emailadresse in der Bestellbestätigungsmail nach, was mit meiner Bestellung ist, denn im Versandlink bewegt sich nichts! Am nächsten Tag kam die Antwort: Bitte wenden Sie sich an die Mail-Adresse im Versandlink. Hab ich gemacht. Keine Antwort! Fall bei PayPal eröffnet und den Duft in Deutschland bestellt, welcher heute prompt ankam. 2 Stunden später liefert UPS auf einmal, obwohl im Versandlink keinerlei Bewegung war! Ich prüfe meine Mails: um 16.48 Uhr erhielt ich die Versandmitteilung, 1 Minute später die Mitteilung, dass zugestellt worden ist. Übrigens hat UPS gegen 13.30 Uhr geliefert. Die waren schneller als Eure Mails! Also, was stimmt mit Euch eigentlich nicht? Ich habe jetzt 2x den gleichen Duft! Und die Mühe ihn zurück zu schicken, kann ich bei den Versandkosten lassen! PayPal-Fall habe ich niedergelegt. NIE WIEDER AROMACONCEPTS!

Order UK4245 on 29-11-2023. You know that today is May 26, 2025, right? I have emailed you more often and never got an answer.

Avoid this company,item missing in parcel emailed straight away to inform them but nothing in return, emailed again , still nothing. Raised a dispute via PayPal waiting to hear outcome. Save yourself the stress buy from anywhere but here.

My package never arrived, the tracking says it’s delivered, and Aromaconcepts take no responsibility. 200€ straight out of the window.

Edit: The delivery company f**ked up, and my delivery was sent back to Aromaconcepts. Did not get any perfumes, but the money is back on my account.

I will place a new order.

Ordered product over 2 weeks ago. I haven’t received my 5 perfumes or even an email confirmation. Just requested a refund through pay pal. Right now they have their PAGE DOWN and are unable to be contacted.
There is another page with exactly the same name but instead of co.uk it is just aromaconcepts.com
are these the same page with another location?

Customer service is absolutely abysmal. I asked for a refund on an unused item within the 30 day window, and was asked to give customer service one business day to escalate my issue. Have not heard a word back from them since. AVOID if you value having your issues heard and addressed.

I ordered from them. My order showed up on time and the product lived up to my expectations. No problems at all.

I have dealt with this company on a few occasions, emailing them for assistance etc. You have an infinitely greater chance of winning the lottery AND getting struck by lightning than to get a reply from these inept lot. This is no joke!
If you have an issue with an order or need assistance of any kind, do not waste your time messaging them because I guarantee my life savings they will not reply.
Absolutely deplorable customer service! They should just close up shop and enjoy their lives in where they don't need to deal with customers.
Yes IT'S THAT BAD!

I placed an order (albeit on their US website, order number ACUSA37869) and 5 days later I get an email saying my order has been cancelled, no reason given whatsoever! Payment etc was all successful.
So I messaged them and I got a reply from their Pakistan branch saying just order again. Like what the f?!

Also, the contact information on their website is redundant. I sent an email to the address provided and the email could not be delivered. Great job Aroma Concepts!
I also messaged them on Instagram chat to ask how long Express International delivery takes. It says 1-5 business days on their website, but knowing their record of providing false information I know that is going to be inaccurate! Did I get a reply from them on Instagram? You got to be kidding right!? Of course I didn't!

Anyway I habe given up with these lot. They are just useless to say the least. Absolutely non-existent customer service.

SCAM!! SCAM!! Absolutely DO NOT ORDER from this website. They take your money but never sends any product. You may get 1 promise to look into the situation & then get ignored.

Order through their Amazon account, received a broken bottle of perfume and no way of getting a refund. Next stop trading standards. Quality of service is minus points. Out of pocket no way of returning broken item as a prohibited item due to the nature of its state

Order from Aroma Concepts on July 7, 2023 through PayPal. They were paid by PayPal on July 13, 2023. It is now August 2, 2023 and still NO PRODUCT. Zain is horrible and each time we communicate there is a promise of processing and will be delivered. I have emailed almost every week to nothing but undelivered promises and no product. I am getting ready to dispute the charges through PayPal. SAVE YOURSELF AND DONT ORDER FROM AROMA CONCEPTS!!!!!

I ordered the hareem Al sultan perfume oil on July 11 and never received an email or anything about purchase. I realized a few days ago I hadn’t gotten my perfume yet so I emailed and they had no record of me ordering. I screenshot my payment of $41.99 to their company and they said they can’t find the order. I tried to dispute it but it was denied. No perfume and I’m out $41.99 might not seem like a lot but it’s mine and now it’s gone. Don’t buy from this company. Zero customer service skills.

This company is one of the worst I hope they get shut down I ordered harem sultan 28 days a go was 34 bucks + 17.99 shipping so on Canadian in total 66 dollars and UPS asking me got 34 more never herd that before I send it back as a return never biter contacted them they are giving me the round around saying nothing we can do no money no perfume I hope they all burn in hell Do not buy horrible customer service

Customer service horrible. Zain responded to my question on getting help with another bottle due to delivery and he responded with the following. “It’s your fault, contact the delivery provider.” That is so unprofessional and rude! Never buying from them again.

This is a scam, save your money. Everything went well until the delivery of my purchase was to be delivered. The product was sent to a totally different state that i live in. When I reached out to the company I got this :

Please investigate your parcel with USPS if you didn't receive it.

We won't help you anymore with this.

Save your money, find other sources to get what your ordering. By all means do NOT use this company.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst online company ever. I’ve been trying to cancel this order since it hasn’t shipped yet but can’t get anywhere. Now I have to wait and dispute the charges. Please don’t waste your time with this company
